  I had an excellent experience at the Stockton location. After a frustrating experience at the Elk Grove location due to a miscommunication and very poor customer service, I was in a hurry to find a larger vehicle. I called the Stockton office, and Johnathan immediately put me at ease by confirming they had exactly what I needed. When I arrived, Joseph made the rental process quick, easy, and even helped me with an upgrade. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth thanks to Davis, who was friendly and efficient. The vehicle was clean and ran very good. Johnathan, Joseph, and Davis all went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They turned what started as a stressful situation into a great experience. Because of their professionalism and kindness, the Stockton location has earned my business, and it will be my first choice whenever I need to rent a vehicle. Highly recommend!

  Ive always rented with Enterprise. The check in process is quick, easy and staff will accomodate to your needs. Brendan the staff who assisted us in stockton oak valley branch is awesome and went out his way to find another vehicle that my husband specifically wanted. The check out process was smooth without any problems..thank you enterprise for making it easy.

  Denied after having a reservation. Even the customer service was surprised to learn the store associate denied the vehicle even when it was available.

  Solid value for the selection available, even on a busy end-of-month weekend when truck and van prices run higher. The Stockton staff was a real highlight; The woman from MH who helped with pickup knew the F150 well, moved quickly, and made check-out a breeze. Same smooth experience on the return with another great team member. TLDR: Coming from a frequent traveler (180+ days on the road annually), this location stood out.

  It was very easy to understand the process, the price, and the representative was very nice and explained all of my questions so I felt confident when I left the dealership. I have never rented a car before so she made me feel very comfortable and Im very grateful for that! Also, it was nice to rent a different SUV, to know I made the right choice in my actual SUV because the one I rented I HATED!
