  The overall ease of making the reservation online and having minimal time at the counter when picking up the vehicle is a great overall process. The return process is equally as good. Another great experience with all staff. Thank you Stockton Downtown Enterprise.

  If you will be short on time, don’t rent from Enterprise downtown Stockton on a Saturday. They have a skeleton crew on Saturdays, and while the staff there were efficient and responsive, they cannot quickly process as many people as were waiting at 8am.

  Sadly there's no zero star rating available they try to overcharge for everything I filled the tank in I washed and vacuumed the car they tried charging me for a cleaning deposit and some for some scratches that were already on the car fortunately I took video and pictures
