  Great service! It's easy to build trust with Enterprise as they are very up front and honest. Alberto at the Stockton store was extremely easy to work with. He even got me new floor mats and drove the car personally to Stockton from out of town, so that it was here the next morning to buy. 10 out of 10.

  My second time buying a vehicle from enterprise and it won't be my last. I feel the sales team really listens the the customers. I needed to stay in budget and the sales man, Jonathan at the Stockton lot really helped me do just that. Im truly thankful for my car and will only deal with enterprise.

  I’ve owned my car for just over one month purchased on 3/24/26 now, and unfortunately, some things that were promised as part of my deal have still not been completed. Golden 1 partnered with Enterprise, the purchasing process itself was intended to be smooth, and initially it was. However, at the time of purchase, the salesman assured my husband that I would receive an additional key fob (add to the contract) and the manger assured the vehicle’s wheel alignment would be completed. It has now been one month and one week, and neither issue has been resolved. I have tried contacting the sales department multiple times by email and phone, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication and follow‑through after the sale has been very disappointing. I would be able to give a higher rating because the buying transition was fairly easy, but due to the lack of follow‑through on promised items, I feel obligated to give a lower rating. @Jean I reach out the link. I was advised to contact the location directly. Alternatively, if you have the salesperson’s email address, you may reach out to them by email. 5/24/26 review rate decreased from 2 to 1 no solution On 6/4, Lasaro, the salesperson, connected me with Richard, the manager. I want to thank them both for working with me and honoring the agreed-upon items, plus a little extra, to make up for the delay. Because of their efforts and customer service, I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. The delay was frustrating, but they ultimately made things right.
