Since then he has built a superior reputation for a family owned and operated business in the Stockton area with over 50 years of combined experience.Our superior customer service and professionalism has afforded us the ability to hold and maintain our relationship with our customers over the years. We pride ourselves on being honest and professional. I came to get an oil change in March 2026. They supposedly “check” your fluids as well. A few days ago my vehicle notified me that my engine was overheating. Upon inspection I came to find out my vehicle had NO COOLANT and there were no leaks either. I called to verify what fluids were checked, and specifically asked if the coolant was checked. The person who answered said yes they do indeed check the coolant levels and if they don’t have the coolant at hand that the vehicle takes they’ll inform the customer that the levels of the fluid are low. Which means that on my last oil change it was low and I WAS NOT INFORMED by the staff here at Bob’s who did my oil change! I trusted this place would be thorough with their services but unfortunately I won't be coming back. A QUICK OIL CHANGE SHOULD NOT MEAN LESS EFFECTIVE SERVICE!

Now they tell you they won't change your oil if its a ford, if you don't pay $20 more for a oil plug every visit. So now they want $142 for an oil change. I will not be going back.
