I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an experience I had at your store today around 12:18 PM. I came in to request assistance with scanning my vehicle’s check engine light. While I was waiting in line, I may have mistakenly stood in the wrong area. The cashier at the counter responded very rudely—she gave me an aggressive look and raised her voice at me in a way that felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Earlier this morning around 9:00 AM, I had also visited the store to purchase a cleaning spray, and I experienced a similar unfriendly attitude from the same employee. When I returned for the scan assistance, she did not provide any support or guidance. Instead, she simply handed me the scanner and told me to go outside and do it myself, without any explanation or help. I felt the overall attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout both interactions. I want to mention that I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome during these interactions, and at times it felt like I was being treated differently. I am not sure of her name, but she has a nose ring and purple-colored nails. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed, as I believe customer service should be respectful and consistent for all customers.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to two truly wonderful people who helped me today — Nathan and Alicia. Their kindness, knowledge, and patience meant a lot to me. There was also a very sweet woman who assisted me in looking up my code; I regret I didn’t catch her name, but I’m grateful to all of you. Your friendly, approachable manner and clear explanations made a difficult situation much easier for me. I genuinely appreciate your support and the caring service you provided. I bought a battery today February 24 and the experience was amazing

I went into this AutoZone location to warranty out a couple parts, and the experience was beyond frustrating. It took over 30 minutes just to process ONE sensor because the employees kept saying they couldn’t find anything in the system. On top of that, they didn’t even have the second sensor I needed, so it ended up being a complete waste of time. To make things worse, they ended up processing the warranty incorrectly—and then had the nerve to give me attitude like it was somehow my fault they didn’t know how to use their own system. The attitude from the staff was honestly the worst part. Rude, dismissive, and acting like they knew everything while clearly struggling with basic tasks. I watched them treat other customers the same way—short, irritated, and unhelpful. It also seems like there’s little to no real support after 4 PM. If you actually need help, don’t expect to get it here. Save yourself the headache and just go to another location, like the one on March and West. This place is not worth your time
