Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much going in, but this turned out to be a really solid experience from start to finish. Jeremy and Steve at Stockton Acura made the entire process easy, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable even though I ultimately ended up buying a used Lexus RX instead of an Acura.
From the beginning, they were responsive and straightforward, answering all my questions without any pressure or sales tactics. When I had a concern about one of the vehicles I was considering, Jeremy took it seriously and didn’t brush it off. He followed up the very next morning with a clear explanation and a solution, which really showed me they care about doing things the right way.
After that, I decided to switch to another car that I liked even more, and they were quick to adjust everything and work out numbers that made sense for me. There was no back-and-forth or games—just honest communication and a willingness to make the deal fair.
A big plus was that most of the process was handled over text, which made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. When it came time to sign, it was quick and straightforward, with no unnecessary add-ons or surprises.
Overall, this was hands down the easiest and most honest car-buying experience I’ve had. I really appreciated how smooth everything felt, and I’d absolutely recommend Stockton Acura to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.
I drove all the way out to Acura Stockton from Turlock Ca, after making an appointment with the automated system over the phone. Only to get there and be told they couldn't find my appointment and they'd been having computer issues. Was told I'd have to wait 2 plus hours if I wanted my B (1)(2)(3)service done. Used to prefer this Acura, not so sure anymore.

Terrible place for service!! They made us wait and fixed our car last when we had an early appointment. And when we kindly asked how much time we had left for our car they laughed in our face and said another hour. Our car was just sitting there and others that came way later were in n out with their cars. They overcharged us too! And charged us for inspection when another couple came in they had zero charge for their inspection. And on top of that when we first came to purchase our parts they never informed us that they came in we had to reach out to them. Also tried to charge us with other things that weren’t even mention during our inspection. Do better! And will get a run on your money.
