  The most unprofessional management team I have ever had to deal with. Trying to store our company’s tiny house and I contacted this yard for availability. Call center told me all I had to do was send a copy of the registration. I did that, and was told I then needed to send my drivers license. I did that, I was then told that the registered owner, our CEO, would need to fill out all the paperwork. I explained that the tiny home was owned by the corporation as noted on the registration. I further attempted to explain I had power of attorney and a letter from our legal department validating said authority. The manager said no. I will not name him since I feel this is a broad issue with the company. The manager was very rude he did not even ask to see the documentation I discussed. I was already heading to the yard and I was planning on arriving before LA traffic started to get bad. Had to reroute and find another yard that understood business 101. Luckily found one by end of day, but would not be able to store until documentation was reviewed. Rental was approved early the next morning. Unfortunately I had to drive an additional 60 miles from where I was and could not avoid traffic. Lost several hours and an additional day since I had to rebook. I do not recommend this business at all. Common sense, knowledge and respect our not available at this business.

  Katella RV has had so many improvements in the last couple years. The lot looks so much better. The spots are reasonably priced. Management’s super nice & helpful. If you’re looking for a spot this is it.

  Called to ask if there was a spot available and they said yes. Drove all the way out from Joshua Tree and the owner had given the spot away to someone else, leaving us with nowhere to park our camper. The least they could have done was call to ask if we were on our way still or let us know it was rented out so we wouldn’t have taken out cash and driven all the way there for no reason.

  The staff Bruce and Linda are great people. I've been leaving my Rv there for the last 12 years .It's a safe and secure place . Good value as well .
