  Avoid this location. Absolutely infuriating experience. I had a reservation booked for 9am to make sure my car would be ready in time for an appointment. When I arrived, I was told I needed a physical credit card and had to wait a few minutes for one to be dropped off. In that short window, another customer called in needing a car — and instead of honoring my reservation, they reserved my car to that person that wasn’t even there yet. I was flatly told there were no cars available for me and I needed to wait at least another 20 mins. When I pointed out that I'd booked an hour earlier specifically to avoid this, the employee was condescending and dismissive, saying something like "well that's weird, it's 10am?" — as if the mistake was somehow my fault. There was no apology, no attempt to find me another vehicle, and no acknowledgment that they'd made an error. A reservation should mean something. If you can't honor it, at least own up to the mistake instead of blaming the customer. Between the rudeness and the total lack of accountability, I won't be renting from this location again.

  Close to home, friendly staff, were able to pick me up after leaving my car to be repaired, & since they have a relationship with the repair shop, I was able to leave the rental there when I picked up my car

  Seriously 10/10. So accommodating!! I came in this morning, already stressed, non stop b.s. at home; and I thought it was gunna be the same because my insurance has me floating just above water, but I got a great price with enterprise, and the staff was sooo nice, smiles with the good mornings and sooooo helpful! I can’t boast enough! I’ll be telling everyone that they put a little light in my life, not with just the car but the service and the nice gesture. Seriously has made my year! (Deaths and stuff)

  As an over-the-road truck driver, I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for over two years. I rent from them occasionally, both at my local branch in California and in many different states nationwide while out on the road. Enterprise has never disappointed me. Their customer service is incredibly attentive, and the rental process is always quick and seamless. It is also exceptionally easy to switch or upgrade a vehicle whenever my travel needs change. Overall, I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Enterprise. They are a truly great company to do business with!
