  I had a great experience at this Valvoline! Gabe, the manager, and another team member took excellent care of me from start to finish. They were able to apply a military discount, checked and topped off all of my fluid levels, and replaced my air filters. Throughout the entire visit they were respectful, patient, kind, and made safety a priority. They also took the time to walk me through the different services available, explaining what each one does and how it could benefit my vehicle without making me feel pressured. They were extremely knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I'll definitely be coming back!

  I came in for an oil change, and they treated me incredibly well. They came highly recommended, and they answered all of my questions. They also gave me a lot of very important recommendations regarding my vehicle. It’s a great place with good values, and they really take excellent care of you here.

  I came in to get my oil change, Transmission fluid change, and radiator flush and fill. Everything was straight forward, fast, and efficient. Ana (the manager) and Alex were very helpful and transparent. Highly recommend!

  Huge shoutout to Cruz and Zeus for the excellent service on my oil change! Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to make sure every detail was handled, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. It’s hard to find people who truly care about their customers, and these two went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  I would strongly advise against using Valvoline for oil changes. I brought my 2024 Acura Integra in for a routine oil change, and afterward the skid plate underneath my vehicle was damaged. When I returned to address the issue, instead of properly reinstalling the hardware, the skid plate was secured with zip ties. The plate later began scraping the road and sustained additional damage. I reported the problem immediately and was told they would correct it at my next oil change. However, when I followed up, I was met with poor customer service and felt that the responsibility was being shifted onto me rather than the issue being resolved. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. Between the damage to my vehicle, the temporary repair, and the lack of accountability, I have lost confidence in their workmanship and customer service. As a result, I am considering pursuing legal remedies, including filing a claim in small claims court, to recover the costs associated with repairing the damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and would encourage others to carefully inspect their vehicles after any service is performed.
