Marco and his team are awesome! Gabriel helped guide me in and was very nice and helpful. Marco had a great attitude and customer service. Offered some other services recommended by dealer, with a NO PRESSURE attitude. I didn't feel forced into a service that I currently couldn't afford. Marco gave me a quote for the other services and they were remarkably cheaper than my "mechanic" by about $125. I could hear other techs interacting with another customer and they were also great! Gabriel took the time to make sure there was no traffic and directed me when it was safe to exit the service bay. If you're local or your light just came on, stop in and see Marco and his crew for that 5☆ treatment.....GUARANTEED Thanks Marco and your crew, see u guys in another 5,000 miles.

They were so fast and efficient with the services I needed. Kevin was great he recommended my cabin air filter needed to be changed but wasn’t pushy at all like other places I’ve been too. Definitely bringing my other trucks here for fast reliable service.

Review for Oil Change Service Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Review: I had an exceptional experience getting my oil change done! Huge thanks to Cesar London and Luis for providing top-notch customer service. Not only did they complete the service efficiently and thoroughly, but they also took the time to explain everything in detail. They clearly outlined the work performed and gave me a clear, helpful breakdown of upcoming maintenance and future service needs for my car without any high-pressure sales tactics. It’s rare to find technicians who combine great skill with such clear communication and professional care. I highly recommend Cesar London and Luis for anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy automotive service!

I had trouble starting my car after my workday and had to get a quick jump in order to get home. I took my car straight to this valvoline location to make sure I didnt need to swap my battery for a new one. Attendant, Julio, was very nice. He helped check my battery to make sure everything was OK. I decided to change my oil as well since I was due anyway. He and Gabriel made sure I was able to get that done right away along with a few other things I was overdue for. I know nothing about cars, but they explained everything they were doing as well as give me info on what will be due soon. Thank you both for a quick and pain-free experience!

So my dad came in for an oil change today and his 4Runner is sealed and does not used a dipstick to check transmission fluid. And then this worker comes up with a dirty dipstick and said that my dad needs his transmission fluid changed. He goes to his mechanic and he literally tells him there’s no way to put a dipstick in there and he even check to make sure. So I’m pretty sure he came up with his dirty oil dip stick and then tried to mislead him into thinking that he needs his transmission fluid changed. Very shady. I also got my transmission guild changed here for my civic and now I’m thinking I didn’t even need it when they told me I did. Shady work here.
