  In a world where corporate greed typically creates a veil over the human element—where customers usually look at the person behind a counter as a mere extension of the company—my experience at Enterprise has been absolutely transformative. I seldom find myself surprised by the character of corporate employees, and when I am, it’s usually for the wrong reasons—I’m left wondering how they keep their jobs. Ive hired my fair share of customer service reps to know what the job is comprised of and demands. But when it comes to Michael, I’m surprised by how genuinely decent, empathetic, and sharp he is. Each visit has been better than the last. This is my fourth time renting here, and I literally spend my own money on rideshares just to bypass other branches and come to this specific location because of him. Michael isn’t just in the car rental business; he’s in the hospitality industry. He is calm-natured, deeply professional, and personable enough to actually laugh at my jokes and treat me like a human being. When my livelihood was on the line, he operated on pure trust and honest connection, treating me like a person rather than just another transaction. You can tell Michael is actively cultivating an atmosphere of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care at this location. He has built a culture where people actually want to do business, and you see that reflected in the rest of his team, like Richard, who also does a fantastic job. Because of Michael providing me the means to consistently get to work when I needed it most, I am finally back on my feet and will soon be in a position to buy a vehicle of my own. It is with a bit of regret that I will soon no longer need to rent from this location, but it is a direct result of him helping me rebuild my livelihood. He didn’t just rent me a car, he invested in my success. Enterprise needs to give Michael the highest possible recognition, praise and a comparable raise, as he has earned not just my business but my respect as a man. He is the standard. The exact type of leader who can bridge the gap and teach others how to actually connect with people. Sometimes you just got it, and sometimes you got enough of it to give. Michael has both. Anything less than acknowledging that would be a disservice to his spectacular character.

  My experience with Enterprise was excellent from start to finish. From reserving the vehicle, asking questions about the shuttle service, returning the vehicle, and being transported back to my office location, the process was simple, professional, and customer-service friendly. As a veteran and State of California employee attending a veteran-focused conference, I especially appreciated the level of organization, clear communication, and professionalism throughout the process. Those details matter to me because I value efficiency, accountability, and follow-through in how services are delivered. This was my first time renting a vehicle through the State of California rental car process, and Enterprise made the experience smooth and stress-free. I felt well taken care of, and I appreciated how helpful and courteous the staff were at each step.

  The Customer Service was Beyond Phenomenal! I was promptly picked up @ Caliber Collision by the Staff & Richard Solano (Assistant Branch Manager) was Very Professional & Courteous! The entire process took no more than 7-10 minutes & Richard were out of his way to ensure I was content w/ the selected vehicle! Thank You!
