  Enterprise Santa Ana location was a terrific experience. Lobby is clean, bright and new. Bathrooms were extremely clean! Michael, the manager was super helpful, courteous and explained everything to me. The vehicle was VERY clean (not like some airport pickups!). I needed a pickup from the body shop and called last minute, no problem! They sent a car and driver! Driver was very courteous and drove with care. Drop off went just as easily. There was only one person working to check in and rent cars. He worked VERY quickly and kept each client aware that he would get to them next in line. Drivers were super slammed with pickups so he called me a Lyft and sent me the link so I could track the car. Lyft driver was terrific! I appreciated every aspect of my rental experience! 10 out of 10!!!

  The vehicle had several issues that negatively affected the experience. In hot temperatures, there was a recurring foul odor inside the cabin that smelled like dog feces. The driver's side window switch was broken, which became a significant safety distraction when I had to struggle to roll the window up while driving on the freeway. Additionally, the vehicle developed noticeable vibrations at highway speeds, particularly affecting the passenger seat. While the trip was completed without major incident, these issues made the vehicle uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe to operate. Overall, it was not an experience I would want to pay for or repeat.

  Worst experience ever renting a car!! First of all charged $676.88 for 2 days in a Honda! Windows would not roll down, doors would not lock, no alarm, and trunk would not open!!! All while on vacation! Total nightmare!!

  I visited this Enterprise location for a short rental (just a day while my dealership kept my own car for service a bit longer than expected). Having rented from several other companies before, I was surprised how fast the service got me in and out and on my way. The car was clean, in good shape, and had a full tank. No issues on a prompt return process either. Michael was especially friendly and helpful and I was delighted by the whole experience.
