Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. Our soaps are eco-friendly and biodegradable (though we never discharge our soaps into storm drains). Plus, we conserve energy by using LED lights throughout our car wash. - JTJodie Tarpo2 days ago1.0This was my go-to spot, but more recently (the last year or so) they've been pushy about the membership when I ask for a single wash. No means no. The attendants clearly have a script that they have to follow and I feel bad that they get the brunt of people's frustration (including mine today). I won't return until I know the script has changed to be more respectful.

It was my first car wash experience as a new car owner. I was excited and nervous. I asked the lady working there for instructions before I start using the vacuum. I was told to read the instructions. It was clear that she didn’t know how to use the vacuums herself or was just not interested to help. I read the instructions, and made the payment for the vacuum. I was confused what the arrows meant. I paid for one of the vacuums next to my car, but turns out it was for the next stall. It would have still been fine, but turns out that vacuum wasn’t working. I asked the same lady again, she asked me to speak to another colleague. This was the same guy who took my payment for the car wash. He came to my car and was outright rude and disrespectful. He said “what do you think the arrows mean?”. I said I don’t know. I was confused about it. I asked for instructions and wasn’t given any clarity. Turns out, we have a back-up vacuum if we pay at the correct side of the car. Since I didn’t, o didn’t have a back-up vacuum in my case. Totally understandable. It was my error. Since it was my first time, I expected to make mistakes. But the way I was spoken to was simply unacceptable. He said “we cannot help you here since this was your mistake. You know we are a business, right?’” In a very condescending manner. I had had enough. I told him I wouldn’t return and he said okay. If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. Please be respectful to your customers. I was at the car wash at around 6pm on Sept 10th. I was considering getting the monthly pass since this is so close to my work. But I will make sure to never visit here again.

No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
