But I feel she went above and beyond the call of duty to make my experience as comfortable and easy as it could’ve been. She far exceeded the normal excellent business I get here. She is a great asset to your company. Keep her happy and make her a manager. She deserves it. Her way around my truck was like second nature to her. Two thumbs way up 👍👍
- KBKristine BeckJun 21, 20263.0I arrived to Valvoline in Capitola, CA for only an oil change. I had a 20% discount for that day only. I was not asked to present my 20% off coupon at the time of payment and ended up being billed for the full service. I noticed the 20% discount was not applied on my invoice. I questioned it and Daniel, one of the workers who took the transaction. Told me he would void the transaction and recollect payment with the 20% discount applied. I agreed, and went forward with the new transaction. I requested the voided transaction receipt and was only given the new transaction invoice. I felt that was strange, and feel that all business should be able to prove the history of void transactions. They informed me and promised that I would be able to see the voided transaction on my bank statement by that night, or by the next business day which was Monday. I did follow up on the transaction through my bank and my transaction was refunded in full. I’d like to ask that prior to purchase Valvoline customer service verifies all discounts prior to purchase. I would also like an invoice or receipt of voided transactions.
