  I bought a 2024 Outback in January of this year. The buying experience was nice but ever since I drove it off the lot I've been having problems with the computer and other parts. I got stranded in the Junction because the car wouldn't shift out of park. A mechanic pulled up next to me and looked at the car and he said the battery has corrosion and the OBD2 reader was showing an issue with the computer system. I've taken the car in multiple times to have these issues fixed but the second they see it's under warranty I'm put on a back burner. At this point it's clear that they're stalling until my warranty to expires so they can scam me out of more money. They also didn't register the car even though they told me the registration is included in the dealer fees and they will "take care of it." I've included pictures of 2 separate occasions where the computer completely malfunctioned and left me stranded. There's been more than 2 times where this has occurred. Edit to Add (August 14th): I had called prior to the original review but my advisor was on lunch and I was told he would call me back. He did not. I called again today was told he wasn't at his desk but toward the end of the call he did return so I could actually speak with him and tell him what's been going on. I scheduled an appointment so we'll see how that goes. They have not made any attempts to reach out to me other than replying to my original review to say they reached out to me and scheduled an appointment. They did not reach out to me. I reached out to them. My original experience still remains the same. Buying the car was a nice experience. Dave Maine was very friendly and polite. However, everything else has been subpar. I recommend Dave and only Dave and nothing else. Dave is the only one who had reached out to me after purchasing my car and seems to genuinely care about his clients.

  Malcolm is the truth, professional, personable , great customer service skills and helped me make a great deal on my next commuter car. In and out in 2 hours due to cleaning car and finance manager process would’ve been 1 hour. They did everything right and changed the struts on the car prior to sell. Amazing 5 star service. Check there suburu line if you like those definitely check there used vehicles for even more great deals.

  Shout out to Dave Maine at Subaru of Sonora! I'm leaving a 5-star review for him even though I didn't buy a car from them. I contacted a handful of sales people at numerous dealerships in Sonora and he was the only one to touch base with me much less respond to emails. He followed up with me even if he didn't have any new cars to show me. Kudos to you, Dave!!!!
