  We had such an incredible experience working with Rex! From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right truck. We ended up coming in close to closing time, but Rex never once made us feel rushed. He stayed late, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. What really stood out was how much effort he put into making the experience special. Even after the sale, he continued to help us and personally brought our truck to us the next day. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about their customers. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Rex made the entire process enjoyable and exciting. He treated us with kindness, respect, and honesty every step of the way. We are absolutely loving our new 2026 truck, and we’re so grateful for everything he did for us.   My current car was having sudden clutch issues, long story short, there was a Chevy Bolt at Silveira Chevrolet here in Sonoma that was priced right and was the perfect EV replacement to my high milage Honda Fit. Rex helped me through the whole process, answering most of my questions with ease, and falling back on his supportive and knowledgeable team when needed. I didn't have to wait long to get all the paperwork done (a little over an hour and a half from start to finish), and before I knew it I had the car! It was in great condition, low milage, all for a fair price. I've had zero issues the past 2.5 months of ownership, but I know that if I have any, I can rely on Rex and his team in the future!
