  I brought my Corvette to Simi Valley Chevrolet last week for what should have been a simple oil change. Unfortunately, I left the dealership with two of my wheels and a tire scratched/damaged. I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the service department and was working with Joe, who told me to be on the lookout for a call from his service manager David Winter regarding the damage. I waited for the follow-up call, but never received one. I reached out to Joe again today for an update and, once again, have received no response. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what is disappointing is the lack of communication and follow-up afterward. I brought my vehicle in expecting a routine service and instead had two wheels and a tire damaged while it was in the dealership’s care. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase the service department for an update regarding damage that occurred while my vehicle was being serviced. I hope Simi Valley Chevrolet takes this seriously and addresses both the wheel damage and the lack of communication. I would appreciate someone from management contacting me to resolve this properly.

  I got 2 oil changes here and both appointments were NOT satisfactory. The waiting room staff are mostly men and make you feel extremely uncomfortable. While waiting I can hear one of the men in the office with his door wide open cursing like a sailor. He had no concern for the customers that can hear him. I also waited for an hour for the shuttle to take me home while they did the oil change but no one ever came. I had to remind them I was still there. And they did not rotate my tires or filled the liquids as I requested. I had to purchase some myself. I never returned. They are a joke, all of them.

  Go to Simi Chevrolet to get your next vehicle! The staff are great! It is a family owned dealership, which gives you the more personal customer service, that you don't get at larger dealerships.

  Scammed my 78 year old grand father with repairs that were under warranty hoping he wouldn’t tell family members. Thankfully I am a mechanic and caught the scam. Now I will be dealing with getting him refunded. Don’t trust these people.

  Huge thanks to Kaden, Ryan, Anthony, and the rest of the team over at Simi Chevy. Spotted a used car on their website that I was interested in test driving, set an appointment with Anthony and met the salesman Kaden at the dealer. Kaden was well informed about the car and its features and made the whole process of purchasing a breeze. Ryan in financing was equally as knowledge and very efficient with the paperwork. Thanks guys!
