Jose was wonderful. The whole crew was kind, honest, and fair. They works with us every step of the day. We’d highly recommend them and will go there next time to purchase another vehicle. Thank you all!

Mr. Christmas was awesome, he was patient got back to us as soon as we needed something. Answered our questions, we needed help with. We were also so nervous about the delivery but it was a great experience. We will definitely send more people to Mr. Christmas. Love our brand new addition.

Had an engine misfire, had the car towed in. I was promised 2 days disassembly which quickly turned into a week+. Wouldn't offer me a loaner or any good deal on a rental when I am spending 10K+. On top of all of this, dealing with the most awkward, insecure service advisor ever who thinks me trying to protect my car and request that a mature, experienced tech works on the car and complaining about some of my past experiences I had with dealerships is a personal attack on them is absolutely insane. This service advisor had multiple models of my car on their desk, so I figured I could vent to them about some of my problems I had with the car at past dealerships and that this would be okay; my reasoning being to avoid these problems again in the future. This service advisor took my complaints and complained to the service manager who calls me and refuses the repair. Keep in mind, I am stranded in a hotel waiting 5 days for my car to just sit at this dealership until the tech can get started, all for them to refuse the repair for the most arbitrary reasons of all time that kept changing because none of them were logical. Trying to appraise my car in its ruined state instead of normal and then saying the repairs could exceed the value of the car so you are refusing service. At least tell the truth instead of being a deceptive snake. Asking me why I just can't buy a new car instead of paying for these repairs? Are you serious? Maybe because I can spend 10K to have my car like new instead of buying a new car for 30K+??? Like it's none of your business why I am choosing to keep this car. Then another excuse they used for refusing to repair my car is that they think I am going to do a charge back on my card???? I have never been so insulted like what proof do you have of this? Like a credit card company would side with me on a chargeback when you have repair receipts and CCTV evidence of this repair? You people are so lame and cringe it hurts like I could not believe my ears. Wasted 5 days of me in a hotel to tell me you can't do the repair. Had to have it towed to another dealership. What business would turn down $10,000? This is so wild. I have had the worst experiences with Chevy dealerships: they seem to attract such immature, two-faced weirdos. Service manager David Winter and service advisor Jessika, you both are embarrassing children but I am sure you reading that will just make you as giddy as ever, completely proving my point. Why I am treated like this I will never understand. Please avoid this graceless environment and go somewhere where they value people instead of their own egos. I am speechless...
