  I had a great experience with Steve in the parts department at Simi Chevrolet. I needed a passenger mirror for my truck, and he made the entire process seamless. He was knowledgeable, and really nice guy. worked with me on the price to make sure I got a great deal. He went above and beyond to get the exact part ordered and handled efficiently. I highly recommend asking for Steve if you want fast, professional, and friendly service!

  Ash is a incredible person and a funny person as well and does an amazing job doing his work and is very helpful .joubin is also very helpful and incredible to be around with and they both have amazing attitude!

  On 5/29/26 I took my '16 Volt in for an oil leak that has been there since this dealer replaced the valve cover a year prior. I found the leak on the EGR hose and requested it be looked at under the 15 year/150,000 emissions warranty. I showed service advisor Don Bevington a picture of the EGR and a stream of oil from the hose on my phone as you can't see it behind the catalytic convertor cover. He wrote the service order for "inspect for oil leak." $275 diagnostic fee. 4 times in person I told him I did not want an inspection for an oil leak I have already pinpointed and to inspect it for EGR under warranty. Don responded with "if you know so much why don't you fix the car yourself?" and "well why don't you take it somewhere else?" 6/4 he called saying there's a radiator hose leaking and very minor head gasket leak. On 6/5 I picked up the car after they replaced the radiator hose for $399.29 and the exact EGR hose is still leaking oil (a very severe leak). I see no evidence of any hoses being replaced. Regardless of me posting pictures of the EGR hose leaking oil before and after the service appointment the dealer chooses to say it's the customer's fault, there's nothing wrong with the EGR and a charge of $399.29 to replace a hose that was never actually done is fair. Good luck having them work on your car!
