  We initially stopped by to look at Honda vehicles, but after meeting Francisco, Adam, Isaiah, and Will at Nissan, our experience completely changed. The four of them were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They truly went above and beyond to work with my budget and help me find the right car without ever making me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy and smooth from start to finish. Their customer service, patience, and teamwork really stood out and made this one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. I sincerely appreciate all of their help and would highly recommend working with them.

  I would definitely recommend 1st Nissan of Simi Valley. I have a Nissan Kicks and came in our first service since we bought the car. Jose Reyes was very thorough and explained everything that was going to be done as part of the service. The Nissan service staff took care of my vehicle and was professional. Overall, I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands, and I appreciate how Mr. Reyes took time to explain things and made recommendations for what service would be due and when those future services would need to be completed.

  Branston B fue amable y cortés respondió a todas las preguntas generales de la compra . Con detalle explicó el funcionamiento del auto . El Manager Adam, Preciado fue cortes amable y dispuesto a negociar . En general estoy satisfecha con el trato y el negocio que hice . Hay un producto y un precio para cada necesidad. Gracias .

  I was doing a replacement on my truck and since the first day Francisco and Adam took care of every detail of the process I truly am thankful to Adam and Francisco for everything they went above and beyond in making sure my experience at first Nissan was the best if your are looking for a Nissan this dealership is the best. Great service friendly you guys made me feel comfortable and I’m so thankful to you Thank YOU SO MUCH I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK
