  I just had the best car‑buying experience of my life at First Honda of Simi Valley. My salesman, Nihad Waary, was phenomenal — polite, patient, knowledgeable, and completely no‑pressure from start to finish. He made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. In finance, Osvaldo “Ozzie” Mejorado was outstanding. He explained every option clearly, never pushed anything unnecessary, and made the paperwork portion surprisingly easy. Melanie Gentile, the sales manager, was absolutely first‑rate. She treated me with respect, answered every question clearly, and ensured everything moved efficiently and professionally. Because of Nihad, Ozzie, and Melanie, I can confidently say I’ll only buy my Hondas from First Honda of Simi Valley going forward. This team sets the standard for what a dealership experience should be.

  I highly recommend the First Honda of Simi Valley Service Team/department! They consistently provide exceptional service without trying to upsell unnecessary services or repairs! I have been going to them for service since 2016! The team is professional, honest and incredibly easy to work with! They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of and fully informed! It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that values integrity and customer service. The service manager, Don and his entire service team are incredible! I have never walked away disappointed or dissatisfied! 5 stars ⭐️ is actually not enough!!

  They were able to hunt down the exact car I wanted, color and accessories. Found it locally, went and retrieved the car from another dealer for me and I had it the same day. That is some kind of good service.

  We have taken our Honda Odysseys, Pilot, and Accord here for servicing over the past two decades. Although dropping your car off for services is a pain, the customer service at First Honda's Service Department eases that discomfort. The staff is very responsive (communicating via text and phone calls), considerate of your time and wallet, and honest. It's that last point that's probably the most important, right? We've had plenty of times when we needed honesty about what actually needs to be done today and what we can wait on due to finances. And the staff at First Honda is very understanding of that. Their service is what keeps us coming back and choosing Honda vehicles.
