  I always take my Honda to First Honda for service. It is the primary reason why this car - at more than 16 years old - is still going strong with 300,000 miles on it! Additionally, The service advisors at First Honda are very aware of any warranty service that should be done. They always get you the best value for your hard earned money!

  Ryan Davis, my service advisor at First Honda in Simi Valley, was willing to accommodate my request without requiring a service appointment. I dropped off my car around 11:00 a.m. and was able to pick it up the same day. Even though he was busy assisting his scheduled clients, he kept his promise and completed everything as expected. I really appreciated his professionalism and commitment. I also liked the service team and the comfortable waiting area. If you need your car serviced, I would absolutely recommend Ryan at First Honda Simi.

  We purchased my Honda Cr-V from First Honda over 8 years ago and we have only ever brought our car to be serviced there. I recently brought my car in for service at 1st Honda of Simi Valley, and the experience was amazing as usual! Ryan Davis made the whole visit easy to understand, and I felt confident about what was happening. They took care of the details promptly, and I was back on the road feeling good about the work done.

  I was basically laughed out of thousand oaks honda from a salesman named amir . I was negative to almost 6k on a very recent purchase but he and his shop did not inquire as to any work-arounds. In fact he took a call from his wife and asked if I would like to talk to her. I went to simi valley honda on first street just to inquire and was met with respect from the outset. From Albert the salesman. To his boss Dean I believe, and all the way up to the general manager who helped with a one-off situational problem that he took care of on a handshake in better than timely fashion! They were able to facilitate a fair deal and get me in a car i have been salivating for for a while. The after care is phenomenal as well! Definitely recommend this place. It might be that they are family owned. Not sure. But my experience in Thousand oaks seemed super corporate and alienating. Also be aware of salespeople dressed in Sears suits and tennis shoes. I was happy to have been so easily dismissed in thousand oaks because their staff looked more accustomed to selling time shares

  The service department has been the worst experience this time around since purchasing two cars from them. Don has handled both situations with such care and he is amazing. But as for the other worker Ryan L. He is the worst. I brought my car in because something wasn’t working right and he began to roll his eyes at me, gave me attitude, told me to go somewhere else and he couldn’t help me. I explained what was happening to Don and immediately he saw what the issue was and took care of it. Then fast forward to 6/19 this morning there was a recall to my car requiring service down. There was no option to drop off or stay at the dealership, he began arguing with my husband after waiting almost 3 hours there and began cursing at my husband in front of his manager because Ryan cant “be wrong” they make the customer feel uncomfortable and that they’re wrong. Ryan’s solution was “to go somewhere else” what kind of place tells the customer they’re wrong and go elsewhere. They shouldn’t be working there. HORRIBLE
