- MMMauricio MoralesOct 4, 20265.0John and his service team were amazing helping me out with my car since my AC wasn’t working during this ugly SoCal heatwave. My car would’ve been done in one day but they didn’t have the part necessary which is understandable but luckily got the part the following morning and had my car done before dinner time. This has been the most upfront and honest Honda dealer I’ve had an experience with. I drove well over 40miles just so they were the dealer to work on my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Don’t bother with other dealers service departments
- PMPatrick McChesneyOct 1, 20265.0Ryan LeClerc is my new hero. After several failed attempts at a competitive dealer in the SFV, Ryan suggested Simi could solve the problem, which he and his very qualified mechanic did. All without performing a factory reset, which your competitor did twice, without success. You have earned my business in the future and thank you Ryan.
- PTPatricia TenneySep 29, 20265.0First Honda is always professional and accommodating. They get you in quickly and keep you abreast of what’s going on. They always wash my car and leave it looking great. They go over the invoice with me and the status of my car.
- RCRick checanskySep 27, 20265.0Very good I’ve learned to trust 1st Honda they have told me things need to be repaired and others not to worry about. It’s might be a little more expensive with some things but I feel I have piece of mind my vehicle has over 100k on it and hope it lasts 200 k more
- AFaleen ferrisSep 21, 20265.0I stopped by 1st Honda of Simi Valley for service with my Honda Cr-V, and I was really glad I did. John Flanagan helped me out and made the whole visit feel straightforward. Everything was handled professionally, and I appreciated how attentive they were to my needs. If you want a dependable place for your Honda, this dealership is a solid choice.
