- PFPatricia FasonJun 28, 20265.0Amazing company. Amazing people. They rescued my brother, sister-in-law and their dog during a bad snowstorm. My brother broke his ankle badly driving a semi. He was taken to the hospital for treatment and his wife and dog were left behind in the semi. She can’t drive it, so they lived in the truck through a snow storm. The police would not help, which really shocked me, but the guy from Enterprise drove out, got someone to clear the snow and got to my sister and her dog. He picked them up and she was able to get to a hotel with her dog. I love Enterprise. Their people are one of a kind.

- MZMuhammad ZafarJun 25, 20261.0I’m a long-time Enterprise customer, but my experience at Enterprise Simi Valley on June 19, 2026 was very disappointing. I had a confirmed SUV reservation. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told the vehicle wasn’t available and I’d need to wait ∼1 hour. I asked if I could take a similar SUV from the lot and pay any price difference, but the counter rep said no because those were “reserved for other customers.” When I pointed out that my reservation wasn’t being honored either, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was outside washing cars. When I did speak with her, she said she couldn’t help and suggested I “go somewhere else.” Both the counter rep and manager were dismissive, and the overall tone/body language was unwelcoming. I understand staffing can be tough, but turning away a customer with a confirmed reservation and refusing to offer alternatives is not acceptable. I expect better from Enterprise, especially at a location I’ve used regularly. I am not going back there and would not recommend this location until service improves.
