  Rob and his team—Jordan, Decker, and Drew—always go above and beyond for me. They give me different options to choose from, and even though I know I can be difficult at times, they are always patient and accommodating. I really appreciate all their help.

  On 4/26/26 I originally had reservations at another rental place just up the street from Enterprise Rental Car, but the other car rental place said they said they overbooked and that they would not have a car for me (though I had reservations)for maybe a few hours or towards the evening, stating it was due to FIFA. I had a trip already planned to Arizona to go to Buc-ee's and we all even got off of work early to leave early. I waited at the other reservation place for at least 30 minutes before they helped me and then finding out they had nothing for me and there was nothing they could do for me it was almost an hour later. I saw Enterprise Rental down the street but figured there is no way they would have anything available if this place didn't have anything, but we figured we had nothing to lose trying. Before walking out the door of the other rental place, I quickly made a reservation for Enterprise. 5 minutes later I walked in the door with reservation, asking them are you out of cars instead of me asking them if they had something. A young man behind the counter immediately asked for my driver's license and credit card and in less than 3 minutes had me ready to go outside and get a car. I couldn't believe the ease of renting from Enterprise. Not only the ease, but there were two other employees who helped me when I went to get my Toyota Camry. They were so kind and helpful. I have never rented a car with so many nice people working together. I even mentioned to one of the employees that I could tell that they have a great camaraderie all together because you could see them helping each other and giving each other high five and having a really great attitude about their job. I would highly recommend this place and the people who work here. I look forward to renting from Enterprise at this location based on the employees alone, but of course getting to have my dream car to rent, a Toyota Camry helped a little bit too 😁. This car rental place is the epitome of what all car rental places should be like. You're an awesome team

  My experience was perfect. The manager and associates were very nice and especially helpful when I had to extend my time with the rental.

  Criminals. They sent me an invoice after my car was repaired, and I paid it. A few weeks later, without ANY notice, they charged me an additional $106 for NO REASON. This company is absolute scum and I am willing to take them to small claims court.

  The cheapskate owners here need to hire more employees. It’s ridiculous to book a car pickup for 10am and wait 45 minutes or more with 20 other people because there are only 2 staff trying to do everything
