    Went into the office to let them know someone called and I was going to drop my car off st the auto body shop & they can bring it. One, the site worker couldn't find my reservation. Two, gave me a hard time going back and forth about the car has to be paid by me - didn't see insurance company paying for it. Three, I had the phone number where the person called me from & wouldn't verify the information. Four, I was to receive Elite drop off & pickup- but continue to provide bad customer service. After all, what transpired the site found my reservation, Elite service was rendered, but the car chosen was crappy.

    The rental pickup was a little slow in Long Beach but the Kia was great on gas and had cold AC...Returning the car in Tucson was smooth. Very efficient office.

    The service was great, and the employees were helpful. However, this is clearly a very busy location and appears to be understaffed. Stop overworking your employees and hire more people.

    Really great experience with Enterprise. We originally had a booking with Hertz however they informed us on arrival they didn't have any cars for us despite the reservation. As this was a Friday afternoon we weren't hopeful for a last minute reservation with Enterprise but Jordan really helped us out and in 10 minutes we were on our way. Thank you Jordan
