  This was the worst customer service I have ever received at a car rental business. I went to pick up my rental on July 13, 2026. There was only one employee helping customers and he was running around everywhere in the heat, so this is no reflection on him as he was very polite and apologetic, and it is clearly a management/understaffing issue. There were multiple customers in the waiting room, and the phone was ringing non-stop with no one to answer. Firstly, I had a reservation but still had to wait 45 minutes to actually receive my vehicle. The car was wet, so had been washed, but the windshield was still covered with dead bugs/bird poop. Inside of the car is very worn and old looking. I was informed that they had just filled the tire with air so the low tire pressure notification should go away, but it has not, and there is also a "routine maintenance required notification." The worst part is the car was given to me with NO GAS! So I had to go fill it right away. I have already contacted Enterprise customer service about this and they said to "please reach out to the roadside team to assist with the mechanical issues." But why should I have to take the time to do that when it was given to me like this? Warning all customers to stay away from this place at all costs!!!

  We reserved a compact car for a week and got a call they did not have a compact but offered a mini van for the same rate. The clerk Trent was very courteous and helpful. Upon returning, we were stuck in traffic for 45 min- I tried calling the office to advise I would be late due to traffic, but my call was rerouted to another branch. I called 6 times and each time it was rerouted. I was upset no one would pick up the call. When I got there at 4:55pm, I walked into the lobby with 8 people in it and Trent was the only employee working. I was no longer upset over the phone calls, rather sympathetic to Trent’s situation with a full lobby at closing time. He was kind and courteous and professional with a smile. I told him about the calls and he apologized and explained. I know that branch is very busy and Trent needs help. We will continue to rent with Enterprise, and Great job Trent!
