I hate leaving bad reviews as well- was originally told my car was going to cost $640 just for one tire. I asked the lady who works there if she could adjust the price, and thankfully she was able to bring it down to $596. I’ll continue going there in an emergency since I live close by and they do provide fast service, but honestly, $596 for one tire is absolutely ridiculous. I contacted my dealership afterward, and they told me the same tire was supposed to be around $508. Even the dealership agreed that the price I was quoted seemed extremely high. I understand that convenience and fast service can come at a premium, but there’s a difference between paying a little extra and feeling like you’re being overcharged. Definitely something to keep in mind if you’re getting work done here — make sure you compare prices first.

So I went to jiffy lube for oil change and they told me I had a nail in my left rear tire and recommended I go to just tires. Come to find out they are not just tires they do oils changes for almost have the cost of the other place. They fixed my tire at no cost, who does that. I recommend Just Tires and will be using them for all my needs. Sabine was very friendly and helpful, thank you 👋🏽

They don't tell you the truth. Went July 4 with screw in tire. refused to plug so sold me a tire for $144 or at least what they said. Went to pay and they added $45 for putting the tire on the car. So not $144 but almost $200. Too late to go somewhere else, tire already on car. Untruthful crooks in my opinion.

I hate leaving bad reviews and I tried to resolve this with the store manager but Paul was not willing to budge. I just moved to the area and was glad to have an automotive shop just a few blocks away. I've been there a few times and it was fine. I went for an oil change a few days ago at 5pm and was told several times it would be ready at 7, so I chose to walk the 5 blocks home to wait. When I got home there was a text message telling me their mechanic can't drive a stick so I would have to pick the car up and come back the next day. I was not happy about that and am surprised they hire mechanics who can't drive a stick AND their front desk people didn't know that. Ok, no big deal, mistakes happen, so I asked for a discount on the oil change and they said no. It was already a discounted rate and I would have to talk to the manager. I went back today and he was sorry for the mistake but Paul was not willing to offer anything in return for it. He said if he offered me any more discount they would lose money on the oil change. But the extra 10 or 20 bucks off that would have made me happy is losing a lot less than the thousands they'll lose by losing a regular customer, so that makes no sense. Now I have to waste my time and contact the corporate office of Just Tires to see if this aligns with their overall policy. Based on these reviews, the manager Paul seemed very customer oriented, but I guess not this time. If you drive a stick, don't come here. If they make a mistake, don't expect them to make up for it.
