    The Pacifica doesnt come with any type of spare tire so i felt very anxious

    I was very disappointed in the customer service that was given today after I dropped off my car. After explaining that my mom had received a much lower rate for the same car, the manager Roxanne was dismissive and said there was nothing she could do because it was booked through Costco. When I said that I paid directly to them and not the website she said that was the rate. When I asked for Enterprise number to discuss the issue she told me to GOOGLE IT! I have been a long time customer of that branch and was shocked by her attitude and customer service. I did in fact GOOGLE Enterprise and have made a report.

    The staff in sherman oaks enterprise were extremely helpful and very nice and got me the rental very quickly especially since i was in a huge rush. Thxs

    DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They have no quality control and billed me randomly a month later. When I called to get some clarification, they could not explain what the charge was for, would not refund it and told me I would need to file a chargeback.
