  Erik G. was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. He tested my car battery right away to confirm that was the issue and clearly explained what was covered under warranty, along with details about the replacement battery. Alberto even installed the new battery for me, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. I've consistently had great service at this location, and this experience was no different. Definitely one of my go-to AutoZone stores!

  I had an excellent experience at the Autozone on Van Nuys and Magnolia thanks to Kady. She went above and beyond helping me with parts for my serpentine belt, water pump, and coolant service. She made multiple trips to the stock room to ensure I had the correct parts and never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. What impressed me most was that she did all of this while the store was closing in just 7 minutes. Even at the end of a long shift, she continued helping with a smile and a genuinely positive attitude. She even let me open the water pump box and measure the belt before purchase to verify everything matched correctly, which probably saved me from buying the wrong parts and having to come back. That level of customer service is rare today. Kady was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. This AutoZone is fortunate to have someone like her representing the store.

  Jeff is seriously the best AutoZone employee I’ve ever experienced! He’s a joy to be around, with an infectious smile and such a sweet helpful attitude. Will be back to this location for him for sure

  I had a great experience at the AutoZone in Sherman Oaks when I came in to replace my battery. Kady and Aleberto were both extremely helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. They helped me choose the right battery and even assisted with the installation, which I really appreciated. They were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find.
