  Joseph was very courteous. 4-tire replacement plus other checks on fluids, brakes, etc. Prices reasonable.

  Zach did an awesome job of informing me every step of the process and provided me with new tires, balancing of the tires and alignment of the car. They also performed an oil change and provided me with an extensive additional inspection report! Very professional and non threatening! The best service ever!

  There was a delay in getting a part and I was leaving to go out of town for a week. Sullivan’s offered me the use of their loaner car for my trip. I ended up waiting until the part came in and drove my own car, but I thought the offer was quite generous.

  Customer service is unprofessional and services are way over priced. I came in as a returning customer for an oil change and tires, got quoted over $8k in repairs throughout the whole vehicle, one of them mainly being a leak which after evaluation the fix for the leak was an additional $2500+. I only got the tires and oil change which was still around $1500, as I was signing they brought down the leak repair to around $1700 which led me to second guess their authenticity. I have aftermarket suspension so the tires are different sizes. They installed the rear in front and that cause my car to rub on every bump. I had to come out of my way to get it taken care of!! No explanation or accountability what so ever extremely unprofessional as I work in the car industry I know how an upset customer gets taken car of. Check your vehicle before and after services!!

  If you go in for one type of service then they try to convince you other things need to be addressed so you end up having to spend more money. Waited for 4 hours to see if they could take out a nail from my tire, and they didn't get to it...went to change my tire at another store not Sullivan and they took care if it within 10 minute wait.
