  If you go in for one type of service then they try to convince you other things need to be addressed so you end up having to spend more money. Waited for 4 hours to see if they could take out a nail from my tire, and they didn't get to it...went to change my tire at another store not Sullivan and they took care if it within 10 minute wait.

  I highly recommend Sullivan's Auto Service! I recently brought my 2012 Prius in for maintenance, and the senior service advisor, Rick, took excellent care of me. The team provided comprehensive, high-quality service in a friendly and timely manner. They even included a complimentary full safety inspection, which gave me great peace of mind about my vehicle's condition. It is rare to find a mechanic shop that genuinely values your time and safety, but Rick and the team knocked it out of the park. I will definitely be returning for all my future vehicle services!

  Be aware if you are using this shop for warranty benefits! I had repairs done in April and July in 2026 using my extended warranty company. One claim had an almost $800 out of pocket and the other a little over a $100. I didn’t know my benefits and grew concerned when the out of pocket was so different. I found out that Sullivan’s charged double the MSRP cost for the control arms ($716 each instead of $361 each). Sullivan’s didn’t disclose it was their own markup causing the high cost and let me to believe my warranty just didn’t cover the whole repair. I could have gone somewhere else and paid $100 instead of $800. Also note, they charge $250 to even work with your warranty company and will increase their cost if your warranty company allows it. I’m definitely disappointed in this company and will now work closely with the warranty company myself. They took advantage of my trust and will not be using them again.
