  After being involved in a car accident, I was feeling overwhelmed and not at my best. When my insurance company directed me to Enterprise for a rental car, Adam. M immediately made me feel welcomed and cared for. He was incredibly kind, empathetic, and reassuring during a difficult time. He helped me get a vehicle quickly and reminded me that everything was going to be okay, which meant more than he probably realizes. Adam then introduced me to Marisela, who was just as wonderful. She took the time to walk me through the vehicle’s features and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. Her patience, professionalism, and kindness made the process smooth and stress-free. Both their kindness truly brightened my day and turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you, Adam and Marisela, for going above and beyond. Overall, I had a great experience and will book with them for future car rentals! Enterprise is lucky to have such outstanding employees!

  Worst experience ever. I booked a luxury car paid for it in advance. I received a call two hours before picking up from Cynthia who claimed to be the store manager. Cynthia was extremely rude, didn’t offer a free upgrade which is an industry standard especially if they don’t have the car class I reserved. She absolutely refused to upgrade me when I drew her attention to that unless I pay. Her only solution was to downgrade me to a car half the price of what I paid. When I said that I’ll call HQ and complain, her response was “oh, well”…

  Very accommodating at the Seaside CA office. Gave me a full sized sedan instead of the compact I reserved but honored the compact price. Also gave me a ride to and from the Monterey marina where my boat was parked, saving me two Uber rides. I'll be back to Enterprise on my next voyage.

  Very nice new establishment along with being conveniently along Fremont Blvd in Seaside California. Mr Adam Mohssin tha assistant manager was very professional and helpful in suggesting a vehicle that answered my needs. I will continue to use their services in the future.

  Adam was a life saver helping get me a car with two minutes left in the day. He rented me the only car available to rent in the entire county. This is only a minor exaggeration. Shukran, Adam!
