It's 11:23 am, Adam told me a driver would pick us up at 11:00 am. I called to see if someone was on the way, the agent who answered put me on hold, then came back and told me the car I rented wasn't available, and there would be an increase in the rate. I politely disagreed with her, and she put me on hold to talk with Adam. 13 minutes later, she came back, asked if she could help me, she had completely forgotten I was on hold. She asked my name, and told me a car was on the way. My first bad experience, really disappointed. It's 11:32 am, still waiting.

The 2 guys at the Seaside location are super friendly and helpful. Really made it an easy and pleasurable experience.

We needed a few vans for transport for about four or five days. Upon returning the vans to Enterprise, the staff was amazing. They were helpful, efficient, and extremely accommodating. If I ever need to use a vehicle in Seaside, this will be my first and best choice. These folks need a RAISE. At the very least tips. A big fat tip jar. 🙂🙂🙂

Even though I have rented from Enterprise in the past, last time they canceled the reservation I had made without warning. Rather than contacting me immediately to let me know that some address mismatch had somehow made me ineligible, they waited till I arrived ready to leave for a wedding in Idaho. It would have been so simple to call me about their change rather than waiting until I arrived at Enterprise expecting to leave for the trip. There was no time left to make new plans and I missed the wedding. What they did what very unkind and unprofessional and I would not recommend this business. In their response they say they would like to know more. But the damage is done, and they can't fix it no matter how many details they get. But, I can warn others, and thanks to google reviews for the opportunity to do so.

The staff is very efficient and friendly. Hold times (if any) for phone calls are short. The cars are clean and well maintained. The pick-up service is a real plus. Highly recommend!
