  Beware! Enterprise Rent-A-Car will take your reservation, whether they have cars available or not. The agent at the Enterprise office in Monterey Calif told me that it happens all the time: that people come in with confirmed reservations, but she doesn’t have any cars. There was another man waiting also. He had a confirmed reservation. We both had to sit there for more than an hour while they tried to find cars for us. After a ridiculous wait, the employees at the rental desk did their best to make a bad situation better.

  First time renting a car to go visit an ex after a wedding brought me into town. All of the airport locations were overbooked because a race was in town at the same time, but they had stock. Great service, friendly people, and they even asked how it all went when I returned the car. Amazing experience, car ran beautifully, no issues at all, will probably use their services again if I'm ever in town and need a whip of my own

  After being involved in a car accident, I was feeling overwhelmed and not at my best. When my insurance company directed me to Enterprise for a rental car, Adam. M immediately made me feel welcomed and cared for. He was incredibly kind, empathetic, and reassuring during a difficult time. He helped me get a vehicle quickly and reminded me that everything was going to be okay, which meant more than he probably realizes. Adam then introduced me to Marisela, who was just as wonderful. She took the time to walk me through the vehicle’s features and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. Her patience, professionalism, and kindness made the process smooth and stress-free. Both their kindness truly brightened my day and turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you, Adam and Marisela, for going above and beyond. Overall, I had a great experience and will book with them for future car rentals! Enterprise is lucky to have such outstanding employees!

  Worst experience ever. I booked a luxury car paid for it in advance. I received a call two hours before picking up from Cynthia who claimed to be the store manager. Cynthia was extremely rude, didn’t offer a free upgrade which is an industry standard especially if they don’t have the car class I reserved. She absolutely refused to upgrade me when I drew her attention to that unless I pay. Her only solution was to downgrade me to a car half the price of what I paid. When I said that I’ll call HQ and complain, her response was “oh, well”…
