  Owen and his technician took my car in for a wheel swap as a walk-in on Sunday morning. Super appreciative of their service and will go back for new tires next season for sure.

  They saved the day! Was able to get us serviced right away when we got a flat. We appreciated that they were open on July 4. They did everything so professionally and explained everything so clearly. Thanks for saving the day!

  Love Skip’s Tire as they have competitive prices, great mechanics, and they clearly communicate what needs to be repaired, the time it will take, and the costs. However, the outsourced CALL CENTER is horrible! They made me an appointment for a slow leak same day and when I arrived they had 24 cars in front of mine. Why make an appointment if you can’t actually keep my appointment! They were difficult to understand and you couldn’t easily reach the local store for updates because of this call service. While I still gave the mechanics and shop itself 5 stars the call center is 1 star!

  Install of 1 new tire we ordered thru Skip's stretched out from 1p to. 5p, and then had to wait another hour because tire was installed backwards.

  EXTREMELY slow service. Had the first time slot of the day. Dropped my truck off at 11:30 the day before the appointment. Just getting new tires. I called to check on it at 12:50, was told “it’s almost done, just gotta put the tires back on”. Went in over 2 hours later, and it was still on the rack with nobody working on it .when I asked what was going on, was told “just fondling up the alignment, should be less than 10 minutes”. After asking again (25 min later) they finally started wrapping it up. 10 mi. Later I had my truck. I don’t usually leave bad review, but this is the second time I’ve had this type of issue with them.
