  Call center provided 9:30 appt and told me oil change pricing begins at $49.95 ( price $100+) Dropped off my car early at 8:45 for oil change and waited. Checked in at 10:30 and was told work had not started. Forman of the shop, approached and told me it was taking a longer amount of time because it was a Ford and removing lug nuts need to be hammered off due to “swelling” ???? I asked why are they removing tires as it is in for an oil change? I was informed that I asked for tire rotation?? I told them I did not and just change the oil! I left at 1:15 nothing like a 4+ hour oil change!! They blamed their Corporate with scheduling . Foul language throughout the shop while customers sat in the lobby. NEVER get your car serviced at this location!

  I had a 1:30 appointment and was told the oil change was $60. I arrived on time and was told it was actually $130 and the person on the phone is an outsourced service that books their appointments and doesn't actually know. I was told it would be 2 hours. I sat there for 5 hours. Unbelievable. Do not go here.

  Fast service and the team went above and beyond for me, Nathan, Matt, and Owen were a pleasure to work with and they really took care of my car

  Went in here to replace a couple of tires as one was continually leaking and it was time to replace them anyway. Owen, the salesman that helped me was very kind, very helpful and very personable. The only reason for the low score is while I and 2 other people sat in the lobby with our cars up on jacks, their entire mechanics team went to lunch. And left us all sitting there with no idea that our vehicles were doing nothing while they went to lunch. While I understand that state law says they've got to take breaks blah blah blah, this is nothing but a poor planning and horrific customer service.I'm very disappointed as I liked Owen so well.I was looking forward to this being the new place I did business on a regular basis.Sadly , I don't think that's going to be the case.

  Took my car in for a regular maintenance check and oil change today. The guys did a great job. A special shout-out to Owen and the foreman who went above and beyond explaining important things about my high mileage car and how to take care of it to ensure longevity.
