Luis at Lloyd's in Scotts Valley took care of my tire problem quickly, and expertly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. He fit me in to what seemed like a pretty busy day for them. Great place to get tire problems fixed.

I have been a loyal Lloyd's customer for years. Everything changed when they sold the business to Monroe Tires. I called today to see if they had the availability to rotate my tires. I spoke with Nick on the phone and he made an appointment for this morning. I got a text confirmation for my appointment. When I arrive at the Scotts Valley Lloyd's, I was told in no uncertain terms, that it wouldn't happen today! The person at the check-in desk was no where near apologetic. He also told me the person I spoke with on the phone was in India and didn't know what was going on locally. If the guy on the phone, Nick, was in India, he had perfect English! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I will never buy tires from this establishment again. Beware, it's not the same Lloyd's anymore!

Friendly efficient goid pricing. Mechanics did not know if they could balance my truck wheels before mounting. I thought this should have been a known. After mounting I was told the wheels were too large for the balancing machine. I had to take them home and deflate amd break the bead to add balancing beads I purchased. My suggestion woukd be to know before mounting if balancing can be done or buy the appropriate tool to do the balancing

Not great, I got tires and an oil change. Noticed a noise driving home and stopped at my neighborhood mechanic who put all the missing fluids in the auto. Everything was empty, shocked it drove. Called to complain but they didn’t do anything because I had put fluid back in so I could drive. I have a warranty on the tires but I will not go back to them, even though they leak air. Not happy at all.

I made an appointment for basic maintenance. I had a code, which the representative asked me to look up to tell her what services I needed. I had to google it while we were on the phone. The A137 code indicated an oil change, tire rotation and drain and replace transmission fluid. When I dropped the car off, the customer service representative complained about his working conditions and also asked me what the service code meant. As he entered things in the computer he indicated they might not be able to do the transmission service as it was too complicated and that they no longer do complicated work. I told him I’d been going there for years and never had a problem with basic maintenance. He said he’d check with the technician. He called me later to say I’d have to take the car to a dealership. I had my husband stop by and the technician realized he had entered the codes incorrectly and they could do the job. When I picked up the car, the manager told me they didn’t do the transmission maintenance. When I questioned why, he left and came back saying they did do the work. Honestly I have no confidence that any work was done on my car. Sad to say I won’t return, which is sad because it used to be a great place and very convenient for me.
