  (Sent this 3 weeks ago and never got a reply) Good day Volkers Management, We brought our 2017 Mini Cooper Clubman to your shop in Santee last Monday. The main issue with it was that the trunk barn doors were not opening. Last Wednesday, we then paid in full and took home the car entrusting that you were able to fix it fully. After all, with a labor cost of $625 , we thought it was all fine. However, three main issues have now resulted since the trunk doors were supposedly fixed. Keep in mind that these were not issues these doors had before we brought the car to your shop: 1) Right door no longer stays open. It has made it difficult to put or take out anything in the trunk without having to somehow prop the door. 2) The left door no longer opens with the remote. 3) Lastly, the warning sign stays on in the dashboard. When you look into what it means, it keeps saying "Trunk Open" even after repeatedly closing the door tight. This is a bit of a safety concern, because since that broken sensor is the cause of the warning, it may make us ignore it during a more serious car problem. We just moved to Santee and were earnestly looking for a reliable car mechanic that we can go to over many years to come. So, we're really hoping that you can resolve these damages that were caused as a result from our last visit there. Please let us know if you can fix this at no additional charge and we will bring the car back on Monday.

  Been taking my cars here since I was able to drive. My entire family comes here and I even have had other families convert over to Volkers. Top quality work at reasonable prices. Plus, the bathroom is the cleanest you’ll see at any mechanics.

  My car was having troubles, it scared me so bad since it jerked me into traffic. I had slowly drove to this Auto Shop and despite being busy. They helped me out. They checked the car and even did an oil change for me. I never felt more safe when it came to my car. Thank you Volker.

  This place rules, everyone who works there is always super kind and take care of my issues. I've had multiple issues with my piece of shit car but they always help me and are always kind and patient with me. I love this place I appreciate them so much!

  I had a great experience! I called before they opened and Jay called me back and allowed me to bring my landrover over to get my breaks and rotors replaced! He got me in and out within a few hours! Go check them out...
