  The customer service is above the line. I had front end work done on my Honda HRV, and they had to remove and install a lot of new part's, and color match some others. I had an issue with some of the alignment and spacing on some of the work, and again, the customer service was excellent, they acknowledged the issues, and took great care to meet my needs I appreciate good service, and quality work.

  Not only is this place much prettier than you expect a body shop to be, you feel part of the family when you get there. Everybody is so helpful and kind. Service was amazing. Can highly recommend!

  I cannot say enough great things about Lloyds Collision. From the moment I dropped off my Tesla, the entire experience was exceptional. Vanessa was incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative throughout the repair process. She regularly kept me updated with phone calls, so I always knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. That level of customer service is rare these days. The entire office staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to work with. You can absolutely feel the difference between a local family-owned business and a large corporation. Every interaction at Lloyds Collision felt personal and sincere. Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face and seemed to truly care about their customers. The repair work on my Tesla was flawless, but what really impressed me were the little details. When I picked up my car, it had been cleaned inside and out, and they even charged the battery for me. Those thoughtful touches made a huge impact and showed how much pride they take in their work. If you’re looking for a body shop that provides outstanding craftsmanship and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Lloyds Collision. I’m so glad I found them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

  Over the years I have brought 3 different vehicles here. They treat you like family and do great work. I trust them with even a question I may have on my vehicle and most recently Bobby went above and beyond to get me the info I needed and followed up with a phone call. Truly top notch!
