I had to get a rental while my car was repaired- I went to Enterprise. The first car was stink and it smelled like BO - I went back yesterday and even the Fabby could smell it- she was very kind and switched me to another car as soon as she had one available. She offered me the crossovers but I like sedans and I held out for one. Fabby and Paris really do their best to make the experience a good one. The office in Santee is small and so there are some limitations, they are usually the only ones working in the busiest hours. I appreciate them doing Eve to make my rental a good experience and I appreciate them both.
