- CEClaire Ernst1 day ago5.0As far as quick stop oil change places go, this place is the best. The employees are exceedingly polite, not overly pushy about extra services, and very fast. I am usually in and out in a half an hour, Even including waiting inline. Sometimes I’m taking my nice new car, and sometimes I’m taking my beat up old truck, and they treat me the same either way. Plus, there’s always coupons available!

It feels like customer service and staffing are struggling everywhere but this place is always well staffed, great attitudes, and excellent knowledge and training. Its clear that there is good leadership and the employees are happy which makes a huge difference. Michael was especially kind and helpful too. Thank you all.

I came in for an oil change on a work vehicle, and I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and efficient everyone was. They answered every question I had and were genuinely happy to help with anything I needed. The service was fast, and they made the entire experience easy from start to finish. I'll definitely be bringing my own vehicle here next time. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service!

Not overly salesly and had patience with me wanting to research and think about it first. They run a tight ship and really do get you in and out super fast. And it always seems easy to find coupons. Love that they check so many other things while youre there as well. I will definitley be back again for next service!

Took about one hour, too many employees changing hands, lost my dip stick and Alexis had to hunt for 15 minutes to find, he did not misplaced it. I paid extra to top off coolant and at the end I asked if it was topped off and they forgot. It felt like a circus 🎪 and too many hands touching this and that. Nicholas was nice, I had concerns that he asked about. I was completely disappointed with this visit. Thank you
