  USAA referred me and they really did as advertised. They came to my driveway and it took about an hour to replace the windshield. Flying rock from a gravel truck sounded like a bullet when it hit the windshield.

  Robert was excellent! He was on time, answered all of my questions,very clean and professional. The entire process was easy from getting the quote online to install was seamless.

  I would highly recommend the Santa Rosa Safelite Mobile Repair service. The repair person they sent to my home did an excellent job of replacing a shattered rear window on a hatchback. He cleaned up the broken glass pieces in the car and driveway very thoroughly. It takes a little longer to schedule the repair if you have it run through your insurance, so I opted for speed of repair and filed the insurance claim myself, which worked just fine. And I valued the time and hassle saved by having the work done in my driveway, instead of having to make an appointment at a repair shop.

  They do good work but the back office is shady! Wish I could rate the technician separately. He was great. I wasted my time waiting on them last week. I had 1pm-5pm appointment window but then around 4:15pm, I got a call to reschedule staying they didn't even have my windshield yet. They gave me an additional discount for my inconvenience and rescheduled. The technician came today and Zachary was great but had a different price than what they gave me so I showed him the picture of what they said my total price would be after everything. He called it in and they changed it to the discounted price. I paid him in cash at first (should left it that way) but then asked him to take my card instead. He charged my card and did a great job on my car. We spoke a bit before he left. I got my digital receipt saying job complet, paid in full and all was good. However, after he left, the company cancelled the payment and tried to re-charge me the non-discounted price. Good thing I keep card locked. I call the main number to repay them but when the local office called me back she got rude with me and told me she was gonna charge me again after it cleared out. My bank said it was a final sale and not a pre-authorization and the Safelite was the one who cancelled the payment and then tried to charge me more. They do good work but the back office is shady!

  I've been sent here by my insurance provider for multiple windshield replacements and chip repair. Usually busy, and it helps to wait in the lobby in case they run into an issue that they need to inform you of and confirm the next steps. If your vehicle has a front impact collision system with cameras, specify that you need an OEM glass windshield.
