  Everything appears that the replacement is good. Even though we had an appointment we didn't get our vehicle taken in for the repair for just about an hour.

  Excellent customer service. Zach was professional and efficient. Would highly recommend Safelight. The cracked windshield was replaced and recalibrated to factory standards in exactly 2 hours, which is the amount of time he told me it would take. He was meticulous in his work. I enjoyed talking to him about the work he did as an EMT also.

  We got a massive rock trip while driving to Santa Rosa for a swim meet. Unfortunately it was bad enough the window needed to be replaced. We were 5 hours away from home and live very rural so window replacements then would take weeks. This company got us on the next morning and replaced the windshield. They were accommodating, personable, professional and really went the extra effort to help us in a pinch
