  So far they have cancelled two appointments to replace my front windshield. I have been waiting almost two weeks and have not yet gotten a call or any communication about them coming out or rescheduling. So the communication has been bad and the service just as poor. The replacement is for a Toyota highland so nothing special or unique as it relates to windshield replacements.

  Safelite showed up, was fast and efficient, windshield looks great, I tipped the technician $30 so, yeah. Highly recommend!!!

  The reservation experience was a disaster. We first scheduled a Mobile appointment, but a couple hours before I got a text message saying the tech wasn’t coming and we had to reschedule. We called The scheduling center and rescheduled for a few days later. We waited at home from 8:00 in the morning until noon and nobody showed up. When I called, I was told that there was no record of our schedule and we’d have to make another appointment. This time we gave up on the Mobile experience and scheduled the appointment at the shop. That went fine, was done when promised, and everybody was very friendly. A very mixed experience at Best.

  Safelight was outstanding! Great communication and friendly service.They were great with my dog. I was in and out in an hour. I paid 290 out the door for a new windshield. I am very happy and will definitely use Safelite in the future 😀
