  It was easy to book online, once arrived at airport very friendly staff and easy process to get the car. The car itself was immaculate and drop off from our rental was super easy and quick

  I've been a national car renter guy for over 20 years. Most times everything's great, but at this particular place in Sonoma at Santa Rosa airport, they were understaffed and overwhelmed. I got all kinds of weird excuses from the people of why I had to wait for over an hour and a half to get my car. One of the excuses was "don't rent your car on at noon on a Wednesday"!?

  Today, Aug 1, I checked in for my reservation at the National/Enterprise shared counter at the Santa Rosa, CA airport. The reservation was existent, the staff was friendly, but there are no cars! My reservation was made 6 weeks ago and was confirmed. Nevertheless, I’ve been sitting in the airport for more than an hour now… cooling my heels. Did you ever see the Seinfeld episode? At this point my first cancelled appointment has cost me $100. The next one is now in jeopardy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this amateur hour!

  We had an excellent experience with National Car Rental at the Charles M. Schultz Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa this week. We had a beautiful white 2026 Chevy Equinox. Very roomy, just perfect size for the 3 of us. The staff members were so friendly, we thank you all for helping to make our vacation better!
