Great service, nice car. Keep in mind this is a small location because it's a small airport.

What I loved most about my experience with National was the exceptional customer service and personal attention. Matthew Bertin, the manager at the Santa Rosa Charles M. Schulz Airport location, was absolutely wonderful! Despite the location being short-staffed, which resulted in long lines and understandably some anxious customers, Matthew maintained an amazing positive attitude and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. He personally took the time to help, was incredibly kind and professional, and went the extra mile to make up for the delay with my rental car. His attitude and genuine effort really stood out. Thank you, Matthew, for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into such a positive one. Your customer service was truly off the charts!

It was easy to book online, once arrived at airport very friendly staff and easy process to get the car. The car itself was immaculate and drop off from our rental was super easy and quick

I've been a national car renter guy for over 20 years. Most times everything's great, but at this particular place in Sonoma at Santa Rosa airport, they were understaffed and overwhelmed. I got all kinds of weird excuses from the people of why I had to wait for over an hour and a half to get my car. One of the excuses was "don't rent your car on at noon on a Wednesday"!?
