UHHHH! How does this place stay in business? I called to rent a truck. First, an automated questionnaire happens. One of the questions: Will this be on a credit or debit card? I answered:"Debit". After the questionnaire a sales rep comes on the line. Again, more questions, some repeated to include the credit/debit card. After answering debit to both I received a 'okay, got it,' response. The location near me did not have a pickup truck. But a location an extra 20 ish minutes away does. The sales rep spoke great English but had zero situational sense. That should have been a red flag to me. He was frustrating to work with (given lack of sense) but curious and 'helpful '. Soooooo, he sets me all up with a pickup that is now reserved for me at a location an extra 20 minutes away being paid for with a debit card. I drive there, wait in line to reach the counter. The sales guy there, laughing and smelling, 'Sorry sir, we don't have an pickup trucks here.' I understand the smiling happy cordial demeanor (typically required) when working a counter. But given the time sensitive need for me to get a truck, for him to smile and laugh, telling me they do not have a truck to rent after I drove 40 minutes to that location after having a 'confirmed reservation' ro be honest, I wanted to punch the guy at the counter. That said, I maintained a calm state, asking if he knew of another place who may he a truck for rent. He stirred me to another rental place30 ft away (A rental row of counters). So, I went to the counter and waited. That sales guy said they do not have any trucks ib their inventory. I was now evn more bothered (keeping my cool) I went back to the Enterprise sales guy to let him know for future reference of others that the counter he sent me to does not carey trucks at all. The manager was there (Enterprise) so I gabe him a short vent. He apologized and asked that I give him a moment. As mentioned, this whole ordeal for me was time sensitive. So that moment took near 15 minutes as he made some calls. Basically, he work something out (appreciated) where they DID have a truck, but it was reserved for someone coming later. He was going to rent me the truck reserved and was having another truck from another location to replace the one I was taking. Awesome! We are getting this done,... right?... ... He starts processing everything and then I gave him the aforementioned DEBIT card that twice asked and accepted over the phone was the method of payment. "Okay sir, now we need a credit card." Well, I do not have a credit card. I do not use them. "Eww, sorry sir. We need a credit card to rent you a truck." This whole ordeal cost me vital time, a loss of days travel, a loss of money, and a greatly internalized anger.

I accidentally locked my bag in the rental car when I returned it early Monday morning. I had already dropped the keys in the drop box by the time I realized. The Enterprise desk wasn’t open yet, so I had to leave the bag in the car and take my flight. Fortunately, I managed to get in touch with them once they opened, and they were incredibly helpful in recovering my bag and getting it back to me. The customer service reps and managers provided me with regular updates throughout the process. I lost the bag on Monday, and it arrived to me on Thursday via UPS at my home. I want to express my gratitude to the Enterprise team at STS for their exceptional assistance!

A seamless pick up and drop off experience. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful ensuring we had a smooth rental process and promptly assisting us during the drop off to ensure we made our flight, all while asking for any feedback to make our experience better (we had none because it was great).

We will never rent a car from Enterprise again. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service we received at the Enterprise location in Santa Rosa, CA was unacceptable. The employee we dealt with, Keelan Kopache, provided a level of service that did not meet our expectations. Our interaction left us frustrated and dissatisfied with the way our concerns were handled. If you can avoid renting from Enterprise, I strongly recommend doing so. It could save you a lot of frustration and unnecessary problems. Based on our experience, I would choose almost any other rental car company over Enterprise

Keelan Kopache at the Enterprise Santa Rosa Airport provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced. He was rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful from the start. It wasn't just that he seemed unwilling to help, he genuinely came across as if he enjoyed being rude and talking down to customers. His attitude felt intentionally antagonistic rather than simply impatient or inconvenienced. This level of unprofessionalism has no place in a customer-facing role and reflects poorly on Enterprise. Employees who treat customers this way should not be representing the company. I hope management takes this behavior seriously so others don't have the same experience.
