His attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help demonstrated a level of diligence and integrity that is becoming increasingly rare . He turned a frustrating experience into one that felt manageable and provided a tremendous sense of relief . Eric is a true asset to Enterprise Mobility and an excellent example of what outstanding customer service should look like.

The driver went to the wrong location, waited, never called me, went back to the office and left me waiting. When I called the office, the branch manager said it was too late and I would not be able to get a rental. When I told him that it was not my fault that the driver couldn't find me nor did the driver try to call me to find me, the branch manager hung up on me. If this is what a branch manager does when working with clients, I would not trust this Enterprise branch on reliability or customer service.
