  Brad and the team at the Cleveland Avenue Enterprise are great! I rented 2 vehicles from them in the past few months. The vehicles were great quality, very clean and comfortable. The service was courteous and they go the extra mile. I was picking up very near closing time and they waited for me and were super kind to still be patient. Returning the vehicle was very efficient. They liaised with my insurance on my behalf. Everything was taken care of, and they kept me informed along the way. Highly recommend this rental location!

  We had a really easy rental experience at this location, the pick up and drop off were quick and organized and the car was great. All the guys that we chatted with were very helpful and friendly.

  Brad called me 10 minutes before my reservation (a “courtesy call” in their minds) to let me know they didn’t have the car available and suggested that I should call around to other enterprise offices. I went in anyway because I was almost there and asked them to see if other locations had a truck. They found one across town and I had to ask them to confirm it was actually there before I drove across town. It wasn’t available. Terrible service and zero help with a smug, fake customer service attitude.
