  Great job by the workers at the store especially these 2 guys named chivo and Cesar those guys are some real parts experts they helped me grease up my battery terminals and install it

  Car battery was literally dead, went to them and they and changed it right there. Great service. The manager took two of his employees to show them how to change a battery. I appreciated his patience to show them so they can learn. If you have a dying battery, I recommend this place. Saved money not going to the dealership.

  To begin with they gave me the wrong part. I was stuck on the side of the road about 10 miles away. I got a ride there and they gave me the wrong part!! Fortunately a couple hours later someone stopped and asked if i needed help. They took me back to autozone to get the right part. The guy at the register told me that is the only rear bearing they have for my car. He claimed it was right. I knew it was not because i brought the original with me. He told me they fo not carry it and suggested oriely’s!!! I did as i did before going back there and pulled it up on my phone. I showed him my phone, asked if that is his store, he said yes, then i pointed at the correct bearing, and said, “ do you not carry this item?” He took my phone jaw dropped and was shocked that i knew how to look something up. He said yeah that’s us and it looks like we carry it but we don’t have any. I spent about 15 minutes there at one point i turned to leave, as he hoped i would but had no other options, so i looked it up. I said,”it shows you have two” His response, “yeah online always says we have things that we don’t actually have.” I said, “ do you mind checking?” He frustratedly walks away… “well looks like you’re in luck, we do have two of them.” Would not look at me. The guy was literally too lazy to help me and tried to send me to their competitor, even after i informed him i am stuck on the side of the road, even after i had wasted hours already that day due to their mistake. I could have been done by dark, but thanks to him, i was finished working on my car in a strange secluded road, until 1am. I am not one to make somebody lose their job, but knowing how easily he was willing to send me elsewhere, knowing there is no way that was a one time thing for that guy, if i was his boss, i would not be able to employ someone with his work ethics, and disregard for customer relations.

  Autozone is better then orileys better workers friendly not like orileys on Sebastopol rd

  They have oil and stuff. I think they pretend to charge your battery and test it anyway uncharged.
