  I bought my car at Volvo of Santa Monica in 2019 and have had all of its service here. Service advisor Klaus de Paz has been managing my experience for this entire time. My experience there has been great. Klaus knows me and takes care of my car very efficiently. They are straightforward and honest in determining my service needs. And BTW, I love my 2020 Volvo V60.

  Robert at Volvo Santa Monica is the best service advisor one could wish for. He is knowledgeable and gets everything done in a timely manner even when the car needs parts that he needs to be ordered. He is friendly and will do his best to get one a ride or loaner while the car is at service. In short he’s absolutely the best.

  My first experience with Volvo Santa Monica's service department was excellent. I was assigned to Ian, a service advisor, for my standard one-year check-up. I arrived first thing in the morning and was taken care of immediately. No line of cars around the block waiting in line as I've experienced at other dealerships in the area. Though the service team was sitting in a small make-shift service building, the team was incredibly welcoming and warm. Ian explained how my car was going to be serviced then asked if I wanted a Lyft home. What a nice surprise that this was provided for me. My car was ready in just a few hours, a report was provided, and I received a call (or text, maybe?) asking if I'd like to have my car dropped at my home as there was a driver from the dealer available and they would happily provide this service. As a working person this was, of course, an added bonus I hadn't expected. I feel really good about my choice in vehicle (this is my first Volvo) and the service team I met with did not disappoint!

He didn't just answer my questions; he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensured I had all the information I needed, and checked in at every step without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was how genuine and welcoming he was. Ian makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer, turning a simple errand into an genuinely pleasant experience.
