  My family and I came in and Francisco immediately helped us. He was thorough, attentive & super helpful! I don’t think we’ve ever encountered a salesman who took his time, was patient with our questions and requests and broke down information with ease. Although we didn’t leave with a car in our visit, we know that Francisco is our guy once we stop by again.

  My 80-year-old father-in-law recently brought his Volvo in for service, and while there was some confusion regarding the estimate he signed, I really want to recognize the professionalism and kindness of the management team at Santa Monica Volvo Cars. When he came to pick up the vehicle and realized the total was much higher than he had understood, the manager ( Mike) handled the situation with compassion and integrity. They took the time to listen and ultimately reduced the bill by 50%, which we truly appreciated. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen anywhere, but how a business responds says everything. Thank you to the team for treating an elderly customer with patience, fairness, and respect. That level of customer care goes a long way.
