  Terrible experience. I work 2 jobs & I did not have time to go to my mechanic that I go to, so I figured I would just get an oil change at valvoline. The guy put the tube in my engine & walked away, did not check that it was effectively syphoning out the oil, did not check it after. They put the oil in that I provided, SAE OW20 full synthetic, proceeded to check the oil, it was over filled with old oil & new oil. He went under the car & I felt him unscrewing a bunch of screws to have it just drain out so “the oil level would be perfect when he showed it to me” I got home & looked under my hood, & my engine is completely covered in oil & hand prints. I look under the car & the plastic undercarriage plate that covered my oil filter & oil pan, is completely morphed, missing screws, they just squished it in so it would stay in place. They did not care about my car at all. If there is anything wrong with my car, I have my receipt & photo evidence & I expect compensation. Very disappointed.

  Great service. Easy pull inoff Lincoln blvd. no wait. Daniel assistant manager, took time to troubleshoot, fixed issues, very knowledgeable, friendly, and saved me money. As a woman, I appreciated his time and expertise to answer important questions, and accurately come up with economical solutions! Highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil change.

  good oil change, terrible putting it back together, the bottom skid plate they removed to change the oil fell off and got all bent as soon as hit the freeway right after oil change, wouldn’t trust them with anything!! if putting back a skid plate cannot be done correctly I doubt they secure more crucial bolts that hold the oil and fluids!!!! Came back to get it replaced and they only offered to straighten the bent/scraped one, should have been replaced since it wasn’t like that before they touched it, now i’m driving with a bent/damaged skid plate!!! THE WORST!!! Don’t let this people touch your car!!!

  In the car with my wife mid-oil change and she’s raving about how wonderful this experience is. “It’s a well-oiled machine!” she giggled to herself while telling me how excited she is to come back and get her oil changed again. “Also tell them how fast it is! It’s been like 5 minutes” “Seriously I want to get a beer with all of these guys”

  this is simply the best oil change place I've been to You would think that since valvoline is a chain oil change brand there workers would be less knowledgeable or informative But at this place everyone is super helpful, They know what they're doing and don't give BS answers when you ask them something
