The staff is awesome, and i was quickly in and out. Carlos the manager is kind and knowledgeable. They reset the car, maintenance code for my Honda CRV to reflect the oil change service. This is my spot for oil changes and i highly recommend this place. They do try and add services, but if you tell them no thanks, they’re cool with it. So just ask chat gpt what you really need. For instance, my car has codes for the maintenance that is due, and showed code 6. I’m going back next week for code 6, to “Replace rear differential fluid.”. So just check you maintenance feature if you have one, and google or chatgpt the code to find out what it means. Hope this review helps you!

The staff was so kind especially since this was my first time getting an oil change. They even showed me my filter needed changing which I did not know 😭. Overall I would recommend, they’re super kind and patient!

I had an excellent experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Carlos assisted me and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything regarding my vehicle and the service being provided. I will definitely continue doing business with Valvoline in the future.

I told them multiple times that I just wanted an oil change and air in my tire since it was practically flat. Before the tech even looked at my car, he was trying to upsell me on things that I needed to get fixed. As I was leaving the lot, I asked them if they put air on my tire because it looked the same and they lied and told me they did. So I had to fill up my tire at a nearby gas station.

I pulled up to get my oil changed 10 mins before close on a Friday night. The team graciously welcomed me in and got me out in under 15 mins. I have a trip planned in the morning so I am beyond grateful for the service I received. This team has also assisted me with my tire pressure in the past and I’ve been blown away by the customer experience they provide. Huge thank you to the entire team
