  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service at the Valvoline in Santa Monica! The team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and made the whole experience quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, honest, and professional service.

  The crew at this location was absolutely amazing! My service was impeccable and super fast! Daniel made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My car was not doing well and they made sure everything was running in perfect condition before I left. I was grateful for the recommendations for upcoming services and the way everything was explained to me really helped me understand how important regular visits are for my cars performance. I left feeling safe riding in my vehicle thanks to the entire crew. I'm just sad I forgot most of their names but I was here on July 8th around 3:00

  Doing a tire rotation, these guys warped one of the studs on my back tire and claimed it had done so naturally because it's 'hot out'. I had to bring my car to a shop down the street where I was charged $160 to fix this problem, and where the shop owners informed me that the only way this could have happened was by someone at valvoline messing up. I'm shocked at this experience and of course can't expect to get my money for this mistake back. I'm never returning to this location and strongly recommend others never do either. Update: after submitting a claim with corporate I was told that the manager, who is new (as they repeatedly said) "viewed the footage" and saw "no sign of negligence" and just offered me a free oil change vice reimbursement for my costs incurred by this error. I'll never be using Valvoline again.

  I found myself in quick need of an oil change and went to this location. I can't tell you how impressed I was with their customer service, efficiency, and teamwork. As soon as I drove up, they were already directing me into the service area. They had one person getting my information on a computer that was located right outside of my driver seat window, another person underneath my car starting the service right away, another person at the hood. They worked in harmony with each other, answered all of my questions, changed my oil change, and all while I was in the comfort of my car. While they recommended a few other services, they weren't pushy about it which I really appreciated. These are hard-working people and a service that is top-notch. Highly recommend. Five star stars all the way! *****

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline and wanted to give shoutout to Eduardo, who helped me out today. We normally always do our oil change at Valvoline, but after getting an oil change at a shop during visit in Central Valley, I found out that my oil filter had not been installed properly, and it wasn’t tightened at all, causing an oil leak which I didn’t noticed right away due to travels. I haven’t been driving the car for a few weeks and discovered a puddle of oil from under the car where it was parked. I stopped by Valvoline for help, and the mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue, corrected the oil filter installation, and topped off my oil. What impressed me most was that he didn't charge me anything, even though the problem was caused by another shop's negligence. Eduardo- you are a rockstar! Thank you so much for your help today!!! It's rare to find this level of honesty, professionalism, and customer care. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he simply wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe and running properly. Thank you to the team at Valvoline on Lincoln for going above and beyond. You've earned my trust, and I'll definitely be returning for future service. Highly recommended!
