  Had a one-day Enterprise rental booked through Expedia at this location. The car was given to me with only about a quarter tank of gas, and I still returned it close to full. They key fob battery was also low. My confirmed rental was about $91 USD, and I was told the additional insurance would bring the total to roughly $130 USD. I later discovered that I had been charged nearly $300 USD. I tried calling the location to resolve the issue but was unable to reach anyone. I will be filing a formal dispute with my credit card issuer. Very disappointing experience, especially given how straightforward a one-day rental should have been.

  The crew at Santa Monica Enterprise on Wilshire is AMAZING!!!! Customer service souls each and every time. They are patient even with high volume and I will always choose Enterprise because of them!

  Do not rent a Tesla model three from this establishment. The one I was given, Turned off while I was driving on the 405 in the fast track lane. The screen told me to pull over safely because the vehicle was shutting down. The liars to jump the battery or missing and I became locked out of The car unable to retrieve my belongings inside. This car should have never been released for rental. It had already had a broken sensor for one of the tires when they dropped it off to me. Normally the Tesla warned you to slow down and reduce your speed to get to your desired location. Had 11% charge left and was on my way to the charging station and without warning the car just turned off while I was driving On the freeway. I feared for my life and I’m grateful I got home safely after seven hours of complications.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with genuine kindness, professionalism, and a level of customer service that has become all too rare. TJ was outstanding—courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly attentive. He made the entire rental process seamless and stress-free, taking the time to answer every question and ensuring I left completely confident and satisfied. Justin's leadership was equally impressive. It was immediately clear that he sets the standard for excellence. He leads with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to creating an outstanding customer experience. You can tell he cares deeply about both his customers and his team, and that positive culture is reflected in every interaction. What impressed me most was that I never felt like "just another customer." TJ and Justin treated me with respect, patience, and sincere appreciation for my business. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled perfectly, turning what is usually a routine car rental into one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. Enterprise should be incredibly proud to have employees like TJ and Justin representing the company. They exemplify the very highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer care, and they are a tremendous asset to the organization.
