  So got the rental and return it SF airport and worker offered $80 discount for bad experience, car had a bad alignment issues. I did not even ask discount but he offered. And after 3 weeks I’m being charged for $80 And I tried to get refund called few times this location they were promising call back never called back and it took few months now I called an GD manager says that we will escalate and in the future, you rent a car it’s gonna be on your profile and he was pretty rude at the end. When I explained him that it’s not my fault. General dislocation staff sounds very polite but when it comes to the actual deal, they don’t know what they’re doing. Really not very good experience with this location. I’m still waiting for my refund.

  Unfortunately they really don’t give you all the information and their team does not seem to be in the same page. Due to this it miscommunication it ended up wasting a trip across town. Seems like this would have been avoided with simple communication training of their staff.

  Got a loaner from them when my car was in service my dealer was late to pay them so they billed my card $1200. I have called at least 10 times now back and forth messages with Justin the manager or Chris who can’t help. Maserati already paid enterprise but getting a refund has been a nightmare. I call and wait on hold over and over without any service!!
