  Rented a sedan weeks in advance, they told me no sedans were available and wanted to upgrade me to an SUV with ridiculous gas mileage that I didnt want or need. Ridiculous and no point in reserving something if it’s not there.

  I have to praise one of the staffs in this branch, her name is Jasmine !!!! She was super helpful on assisting me for the best car we could get in our budget. She was so efficient to guide us through all the procedure on renting a car here. She was also very friendly on the conversation we had ! Recommend her to help you out for renting a car here !
