  UPDATE (June 2026): I’m a regular customer here and always have a flawless experience, but my rental yesterday missed the mark on cleanliness. The staff was amazing as always, but the BMW I picked up had quite a few liquid spills inside, stains on the steering wheel, and unfortunately stunk of cigarette smoke. I'm not sure what happened with the prep on this specific car since this location is normally top-notch, but I wanted to add this update so management can check on quality control. Still love the team here, just hoping for a cleaner ride next time. We’ve been renting from SIXT for years now, usually at least once a month, and we’ve honestly never had a bad experience. The entire process is always smooth, quick, and professional from pickup to drop-off. The cars are always clean and in great condition, and even when the exact vehicle we booked wasn’t available, the team was always extremely helpful and made sure we were taken care of with a great alternative. The staff is amazing, especially Brandon, who is always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Consistently a five-star experience every time. Highly recommend SIXT to anyone looking for reliable service and an stress-free rental experience.
