  The repair man showed up on time, after he gave me a heads up that he was on the way. My dogs were barking at him but he remained calm so eventually they left him alone. The service for my RV window took about an hour. It was the easiest and clearest process start to finish from booking the spot online through AAA website to when he finished there were no papers to sign

  They absolutely suck. I had an appointment scheduled. They sent me a text two hours before saying they have rescheduled me for 2 days later, as if I have nothing to do but sit around and wait for them. I called their customer service and they were shitty as well. I will never use them again.

  My experience with Safelite was outstanding. The technician was very punctual, professional, and courteous. He did an excellent job and took the time to ask if I had any questions both before and after completing the service. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!

  3 stars for Safelite but the extra star is for your techs who put up with corporate greed and exploitation of their employees. My appointment had to get rescheduled a second time due to the techs being given too many appointments which isn’t the tech’s fault. When being asked in the survey about whether or not the tech went over other features, I had to say no but it would have been nice to have been given those options and might have done them. But I missed out. Safelite loses opportunities by putting too much pressure on techs. My tech had to drive out all the way from Santa Maria to Cambria. That’s over an hour away. Management needs to do better. The Tech looked stressed and worn out. Felt really bad for him. He looked to be in a hurry. This is not a reflection of their skills but being exhausted with clients. Do better Safelite. Either give them less work that’s more realistic or give your techs a raise. Windshield looks amazing! Thank you Tech Curtis!!! I appreciate all your help and you were very polite and helpful!

  Three strikes for Safelite Santa Maria. Brought the first windshield without tinting, and returned it. Brought the second window without tinting and returned it. Finally told me that the tinted version was discontinued, so we rescheduled again. This time I waited for 1/2 day after confirming the appt and the didn’t show up. Called the shop and they said I was scheduled but NOT routed and said they wouldn’t be coming out to see it. What made it all worse is he wouldn’t take accountability and actually said as much A - he would not take accountability for routing. TERRIBLE communication and they weren’t willing to make it right. Their suggestion (I’m on an urgent timeline) was to drive it to the shop which is an hour away. Run away and find someone else. The two techs that had visited prior inferred this shop was having a melt down - that is certainly my experience.
