  Muy mala experiencia con esta oficina de Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Tenía una reserva confirmada y, aun así, al llegar no había ningún vehículo disponible. Nadie avisó previamente ni intentó contactarme, a pesar de que facilité un número de teléfono local en la reserva. La única “solución” que ofrecieron fue que me desplazara a otra oficina por mi cuenta, sin ningún tipo de ayuda ni gestión por su parte. En ningún momento mostraron intención real de resolver el problema. La atención del personal, especialmente de la manager, fue bastante desagradable y poco profesional. Cero empatía con la situación. Además, ya había pagado un taxi para ir hasta la oficina y me dejaron sin coche y sin alternativa clara para volver. Si operan en una zona con clientes internacionales, deberían estar preparados para gestionar mejor las comunicaciones y este tipo de incidencias. Muy decepcionante. No lo recomiendo.

  Was a great experience working with them i got a whole week of a rental car was great service was great & I REALLY RECOMMEND TO GET ALL INSURANCE PLEASE IT ONLY TAKE ONE MISTAKE IN THE ROAD FROM OTHERS OR YOURSELF & THE INSURANCE WOULD REALLY COME IN HANDY IM GLAD THEY RECOMMENDED IT & I GOT IT (got a rock chip the windshield but insurance covered me)

  Outstanding customer service, I will never go to another rental agency again. Cody assisted me with the rental and was so thorough and went over the details of the car. He inquired why I needed the rental and I shared with him that I was recently in a car accident and my car was totaled. He immediately mentioned that Enterprise sells their pre-owned vehicles. He wasn't pushy just very informative. He planted the seed and I ended up buying a car from Enterprise. Even though the rental service and the Purchasing Office are two different locations and agencies they worked together seamlessly to get me into a new car

  Horrible service the front desk girl short with dark hair tripled up chatting with the guy in front of me forever. When I complained she canceled my reservation so I went to budget instead for a better rate and faster service anyway
