    Not reliable at all. Second time I make a reservation online and shortly after get a call notifying me that they actually don't have a vehicle.

    We went to pick up a Van. When we got there, the gentleman said that it had a check engine light, but that he had other options.He took us to the back and only had one other option. We are 7 grown adults, he tried to give us some SUV with the small seating in the back, we're not gonna fit in there. They could have called us and told us that the Van had the check engine light, I told them that, and he's like, oh yeah, we just got busy blah blah blah. I've only rented from this place for many years. The reservation was in my husband's name.I don't think that should make a difference because I do have an account an account with enterprise my husband doesn't.My husband just was surprising me with the trip and that's why he booked it , otherwise , I would have. The people here now seem to not give a care and mess up your vacation.I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.I've always picked enterprise, but since this gentleman didn't seem to care.Why should I give them my business anymore.
