    I was stranded in the samd and the tow trucks couldnt tow me out.... called Auto Zone for my battery and they were willing to wait for me after hours so i was able to get my battery n go home

    I was having a light issue and i don't want to get a pull over and get a ticket from the police so i decided to stop by at Auto zone . The young Lady name Margarita help me out and sold the right light bulbs for my car and also she's help put them. It was a big release of worry i don't Pull over because my leg wasn't working . It was a good decision for stopping by at AutoZone and I Thanks this young lady for her excellent customer service shes went beyond for her help and outstanding support. . Thank you auto zone for having her at your store shes a keeper 100% . I will definitely keep coming back .

    I love that Auto Zone will let you use a code reader, test your batteries, and replace them. They also promote women into management. Don't let the long nails fool you. Margarita is the type of manager that isn't afraid of getting her hands dirty, stepping in when needed to replace a battery, complete with lubing the terminals.

    The Store Manager helped me inspect my battery. It needed a replacement and she was able to help me find a good replacement and swap it out. She was very helpful and she’s also clean the corrosion and apply the battery cleaner for acid and she installed my battery . Thank you so much Margarita for your help and your excellent customer service now I feel safe and confident in the Road .

    Would give zero if I could . stood In line for 20 minutes , everyone taking there sweet time . Lady in the front asking everyone for good reviews . But when it came to my turn had a gift card to use and she said I cannot use it because she didn’t know how to do it . Pathetic … need new management . Waited 20 minutes just to get told I can’t use a gift card for their own store . What a joke
