Was offered an appt the morning after my request, driver was on time, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond by cleaning all windows inside and out, vacuuming the car and fixing a rear view mirror all for an appt to fill a small rock chip. Have had nothing but good experiences with the Safelite team.

I had an end of week appointment to replace my windshield. They had to remove my windshield wiper blades to install my windshield as they do on almost every car. The moment I went to use my wipers, the drivers side stopped working. Of course it was late on a Friday night when the problem became apparent. They were closed all weekend with no means to connect, so living in a place that has fog every morning, it rendered my vehicle unsafe to drive. Now that it is very early Monday am, starting at 5am PST (8am EST) it took me an hour to navigate their Bots and AI to get a human to speak to. She was super sweet and helpful, but could only get me an appointment Tuesday between 8 am and noon. So it will be 3 days having a car unsafe to drive using safelite. I'm not happy at all with their service at this point and have that sinking feeling it will only get worse…. But in the end between talking to Wyatt and having Cody show up to fix the wiper arm mid afternoon..! I’ve had good experiences with them in the past. This is probably a one off event.
