  Went to the Capitola Rd Ext site and spoke to Jose the manager. I asked for a 315x70x17 D load range and was very clear with Jose. I came back several days later to have them installed. Several days later I noticed the tires installed were F rated tires. Tires you would put on a 1 ton truck. Not even rated for my vehicle on the BF Goodrich web site . My vehicle is a 5100Ilb jeep wrangler. Came back to see Jose but he was gone and spoke to your assistant manager who told me this tire was not available in a load rage D. Asked me to come back and talk to Jose. Came back and agreed to install a 35x12.5 x17 D tire and received a hard copy price of $1875. Had already been charged $1900 on my credit card so this was exceptable. I got a call several ours later from Jose who said he made a mistake and I should come back to the store. Came back and Jose said he made a mistake and the price was $2500.At that time I was neither patience or considerate and spoke firmly with Jose who agreed to the $1875 price. In the future I would recommend that before installing the tires on a customers car you show them the tire. Very frustrating experience but I have done business with Loyds before and will come back. Just will be more attentive when having work done

  5 generations of my family have been to Lloyds. After this experience, I will be the last: 2 hours to replace a fill valve cartridge, not the stem. Everyone in the service bay was standing around chatting with each other. Customers waiting to be served. Tire boy did not check valve as faulty before replacing it. Left the lug key for the wheel in the wheel when dubious repair was completed. I had to ask 2 times to check pressure in the other 3 tires. Service handed the work order off four times to four different people. Was told no charge. Charge me $40 not the 10$ for a valve. Asked for a price and had to personally look up type of tire for the customer service representative to enable a quote. I'll go back when the location is a brewery. With only the lingering smell of a decades old tire shop as a memory.

  I had a great experience at Lloyds! They helped me pick out the tires I needed. I was overwhelmed with so many options, but they were so helpful! Additionally, they were able to get my tires delivered and install them the next day! So quick and friendly! I would definitely go back! Love supporting a local business who cares about their local customers!

  Excellent phone and in person service! Called about options of tires for my Subaru and had 3 in stock to choose from. Drove down same day in afternoon and got new all season Michelins for better deal than my previous Costco experience which is now major headache! So glad to have found these guys-no traffic easy access, very polite folks and free rotations for life of tires! Highly recommend!👍

  Lloyd’s service has gone drastically downhill. I arrived for my appointment about 15 minutes early. An 45 minutes after my appointment time they still hadn’t pulled my car in a service bay. I went for a walk and returned an hour later. There were two young men standing near my car, clothes covered in grease, talking story, with no sense of urgency. The two young men servicing my car were also wearing cloves that were covered with grease, which they did not remove. There were grease prints everywhere they touched the exterior and interior of the car. There was no plastic covering the seat of my car. They finally Finished the service three hours after my appointment time. I had to wipe off the steering wheel, clean the driver seat and clean multiple areas on the exterior of the car because of their greasy hands and clothes. This was a simple service that included an oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection check and refill all fluids, pretty easy. I will not be going back.
