After a SIX hour wait, Lloyd’s sent me home with a dangerously bad job — two tires that went flat in minutes. Busted one of the TPMs. Didn’t put the caps back on. I’m at a loss for words at how poor of a job it was but also the danger they put my family in.

Lord have mercy! To begin with getting new tires is not (for me anyways) something I get excited about. Thankfully, there's Lloyd's Tires of whom I've been annually purchasing tires since 2023. Tesla's are heavy and they go through tires quickly. Every year I'm so thankful for Lloyd's, but this year I've decided to write a review. Not only did they not try to gouge me (super thanks to Gina and the team at Lloyd's on River Street, SC), but the service was quick and friendly. The tires I needed were ordered and arrived the next morning and I was a walk in and was out of there in about an hour and 10 minutes. Thanks so much Lloyd's.

I have been taking my 2 vehicles to Lloyd's for over 10 yrs. The crew is Friendly and Professional. They do a Fabulous job! They look for the best prices for parts I need and they always accommodate me of I have a time issue. Lloyd's is the Best!

Two tires blew out. I got taken to Lloyds. It was just about lunchtime, so they couldn't work on the car immediately, but someone came and picked me up and took me back home. My husband walked down to pick up the car. GREAT price on replacement tires. Very happy with the service received!

Lloyd’s promised free rotations with the purchase of new tires. Later they did not honor that commitment because they lost the record of my original tire purchase and would not accept my credit card charge as proof. Customer service was rude and uninterested in resolution. The tires and quality of work are fine. Apparently you have to keep your own records in order to later get rotations.
