  I had a nail in my tire and we couldn't put the spare or fix it. And I ended up buying all 4 tires and they did it. I had no appt and I was pleased with the customer service!

  Don’t bring lowered cars here. Came in mid day for an alignment appointment on my lunch break with a slightly lowered car and asked when checking in if they think it would fit on their alignment rack. Tech had a look at it and said it would be okay, and it should be a 1-1.5 hr wait. Came back a bit over 1.5hrs later, and the car wasn’t even started on and they wouldn’t know when it’d be worked on. Had them bug the alignment guys and wait bit longer and then when it was put on the rack I was told that it was too low to fit on the rack, over 2 hours after my initial appointment. Employees were friendly but I would’ve preferred to know if it wouldn’t fit before having to wait over 2 hours to be told that they can’t. A simple tape measure could’ve avoided this.

  I genuinely don’t understand why this place has good reviews. Scheduled an oil change, showed up ten minutes early, walked up to the guy and said hey and he shushed me?? Wasn’t talking to anyone on the phone or anything, just didn’t want to chat I guess. Proceeded to tell me that the mechanic would be on lunch for a couple hours and that I could wait for my SCHEDULED oil change. Staff is rude, never got my oil change. 1/10

  Needed some tires replaced on my commuter car. I was able to schedule an appointment easily on their website. Arrived at my appointment the next day and was promptly greeted and was told they’ll be right with me. Rafael assisted me with my tires and let me know of the options I have based on the tires I currently have on my car and his best professional opinion on better tires for a cheaper price. He also let me know of other things that may need replacement based on the current wear of my tires. I opted for some tires I decided to use and there was absolutely no pressure. Was there for about an hour and a half to two hours and was on my way. Extremely affordable prices and amazing crew here. Highly recommend this location!
