  Ever since lloyd’s was taken over by a national chain they’re service had gone downhill.Had a 7:30 appointment today for new tires. Arrived at 7:25 and the place was not open. At 7:40 I knocked on the door and the manager opened the door dnd yelled “we’re not ready” and slammed the door. This is not the lloyd’s from the past. Place looks run down and makes me question their tech acumen. Anyway I left and went to Specialized Auto (who have amazing service). Is find another tire store if i were you!

  Do not let these people touch your car. They pulled a complete bait and switch on me without calling or notifying me. I just happened to notice the wrong brand tire on my car when I got home. When I called to ask about it, they had no answer as to how the mistake had happened or what they were going to do to correct the issue. When I pressed further, they put me on hold and basically abandoned the call. Take my advice. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

  These people are either crooks or stupid, either way don't let them anywhere near your vehicle. My girlfriend here to get her tired patched, they took one look at it and evidently took her as a rube as they claimed not only that the puncture was too close to the wall but that she would need to get two new tires, or hey maybe even four, and while she was at it it looked like the brake rotors needed to be replaced and wow what would you know that might be another 400. Not only does the car not need new rotors (the assment of two professional mechanics and two experienced home mechanics), only new pads on the front brakes, but I took my car to Passillas in Watsonville and they actually bothered to take a closer look at the tire and what do you know, it can be patched! 15 minutes and 25 bucks later I'm back on the road. Absolutely under no circumstances ever go here. When you hear about mechanics being the most untrustworthy profession, these are the guys they're talking about. An absolute discrace.

  Way overpriced to replace a tire on a trailer rim. Granted, I went in on a Sunday, but they couldn't do it while I waited. I was going to have to leave it. Price for 1 6ply tire was $119 and $40 to install? WTH? I ended up buying a new tire & rim at West Marine for same price. The real annoying thing was the sales clerk was trying to tie the sale of the tire to my account from 15 years ago, to cars I no longer own, took an extra 20 minutes for her to do that just to get the estimate.

  I really don’t like leaving a bad review but this has to be done. I took my truck in for an oil change with a tire rotation. The service 3 months ago I was told to wait and it would be done in an hour. Well, that was at 10am and my truck was not ready until 10am the following day. With that, they still did not rotate the tires even though the paperwork stated they did. I did not have time to wait even longer so I left without a tire rotation. 2 days ago I took my truck back for the same service. Oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was done but yet again no tire rotation even though paperwork said they did it. I marked my tires because I did not trust they would do the rotation and I was right. The manager had no idea it was not done until I proved it to him. Do not take your vehicle here for oil and rotation. If you do, make sure to mark your tires. Horrible. Two stars because the manager was apologetic and gave me $10 off. I called to have them rotate my tires the next day per the guarantee of the manager because they did not do it on the initial serve and they told me they don’t have time and I would have to try another day. This is insane. I took it to their Capitola rd location and they did it right away. The Capitola Rd location is amazing and I buy all my tires for me fleet there. Unfortunately I will have to find a new shop as this company is a complete disaster.
