Took my truck to the dealership and they said there's cut outs and the skid plate doesn't need to come off. Called Jiffy Lube back and they doubled down saying Toyota drains from the dip stick. Toyota confirmed they do not do that and walked me through it all. Spent a lot of time trying to get something fixed that didn't need fixed. Now I need to find a better place to get oil changes from. And what nut was Jiffy Lube trying to get off that they said was spinning because Toyota can't find it...
