- GTGary ThwingJul 22, 20265.0The reason for my 5 star rating is for IO Motors outstanding customer service and timely completion accompanied by excellent updates of the items serviced. I had contacted 3 service providers to get estimates for the 30k service on our 2024 Sienna. Santa Cruz Toyota, who had done the first two years of the complementary ‘Toyota Care’ never contacted me back even after leaving two phone messages and two requests on their ‘chat’ tool - very disappointing. Another provider gave me an on the spot ballpark estimate but with no details. I called IO Motors and they took down my information and said they’d call me back shortly. Within 10 minutes I heard back from Rodney with a detailed estimate which he updated when I mentioned I’d be providing my own engine and cabin air filters. Drop off was easy and I was kept up to date with the service progress via txt messages with a link to a site that provided pictures and results summary of all items checked/serviced. I had also asked for a battery check since the 12v battery had gone dead on us after we had left the lights on and doors open for too long. An explanation of their test and pictures of the results were also posted. When we came to pick up the vehicle, Samatha was busy with a customer on the phone. Rather than ignoring my presence, she acknowledged me and mouthed an apology for my wait. After she was off the phone, she greeted me by name (without looking at my service sheet), reviewed the results and we went over a few questions I had and then checked me out. It was an excellent overall experience and we will be taking both our Toyota vehicles to IO Motors for all non warranty service.
