They explain things clearly and answer questions in a respectful way. Recently, my Mini wouldn't start, so I had it towed and then inconveniently flew out of country the next day. The Io Motors team kept me updated during my trip while they inspected it. They ended up having to order a new keyfob (which required some paperwork on their end due to my car registration name being different), but they were able to get it done without me, and before I returned. Thank you, again Io Motors team for your support so I could still enjoy my vacay!

(Anything lower than 4.4 is a failure). Rodney recognized I was in a bind (at no fault of my own) and stepped in to help me investigate a known issue with a vehicle purchase, had he not been able to help me out, I would be on my home to MOAB with a vehicle whose engine isn't long for this world. (When you're traveling to the most remote place in lower 48, you need more than than just a warranty). You guys saved me from making a BIG mistake that could have had very dire circumstances.
