  I was renting a vehicle to surprise my mom and planned on renting a Mustang. I simply asked a genuine question about how many miles per gallon it gets, and I received a very passive-aggressive reply: "Well, it's not a Prius." That was a very bitter experience. Do you think I don't know that? However, Hayden Byers, on the other hand, has been one of the best employees I've met at Enterprise and made up for the bad experience the first employee made me feel.

  Absolutely the worst. I originally got the vehicle from SFO, a check engine light, reduced power light, ADS systems inoperative lights all came on. Called enterprise the night before and they said to go to this location to switch out the vehicle. Once I get there they claim we got the email at 9am but don’t have any cars available. Normally that’s fine but couldn’t someone call to let me know before I drove almost an hour out of my way? I’m still in the same vehicle with no real course of action other than an “escalation manager” will be in contact. If this vehicle ends up on the side of the road I’m just going to leave it here and enterprise can figure it out. First and last time I use enterprise, this is why I stick with Sixth, never any issues and real help when needed.

  I have rented 3 cars from Enterprise. I would do it again if necessary! Always helpful service and well cared for cars . Prompt attention and friendly employees.
