I simply asked a genuine question about how many miles per gallon it gets, and I received a very passive-aggressive reply: "Well, it's not a Prius." That was a very bitter experience. Do you think I don't know that? However, Hayden Byers, on the other hand, has been one of the best employees I've met at Enterprise and made up for the bad experience the first employee made me feel.
